i5 can be used without liquid cooler and for rtx 3050 a 550 watt PSU is enough and 16gb RAM is enough without RGB this build is too expensive thats not for a reason you would have made a cheaper one with similar benchmarks
yeah make sense tho , in 1.6lakh can build i7 12gen F series with 3060ti build if you can cut cost on the useless stuff and can get upto 25-30% performance boost
