😂😂😂I was just saying that a lot of videos recently have headlines saying ‘I Quit or I’m Done’ and here yours says ‘Eager + Ready To Go!’😂😂😂. My husband and I got a good laugh! Thanks Roxanna and Way To Go!!🎉 I have Bootstrap and Greenhouse Megastore and like them both. The bootstrap 6 packs have air root pruning and the 2.5”have larger drain holes easier to clean where GHM has many tiny drain holes. The lids to the flats on GHM don’t match perfectly, but work. The one thing that I normally never have was gnats and aphids and the root pruning packs gave them more places to hide. Also a bit of mold problem. It could be all because I used an open bag of potting soil. The root pruning packs could be better if you tend to overwater. I would like them to be a bit deeper. Faster growing plants I like to plant directly into 2” pots. To those wondering if they should invest-A big Yes if you will continue gardening. From either supplier their products will last a lifetime. I have heavy duty trays and absolutely wondered why I was playing around with those inferior trays that get holes and leak. Leaky trays are not safe. Get the good stuff and quit buying them every year.
Getting the good stuff is key, the right tools make things easier and that’s for everything! I remember my first year using solo cups (nothing wrong with using those), but it was CHAOS when it was time to harden them off because the cups kept on falling everywhere!
I just got new Bootstrap Farmer additions for this year! I liked those micro green trays you have and will use for specialty seeds, small quantities and older seeds. Also liked those clear pots and they came with propagation kit so I can see if roots are growing as I’m doing more propagating. Yes, warm rooms contribute to fast growing and not always the best for seedlings like brassicas. Can’t wait to use the greenhouse. I’m trying lettuce again inside and the gnats showed up😭. I’ve never had problems with them until last year. I used new potting soil. They were not here until I started the lettuce so I don’t think they came from over wintered plants.
I have all my seeds lined up and ready to start. Maybe tomorrow after work, if not then definitely this weekend. Bad weather is coming and I have all my supplies ready…let’s go! (🎉 to the sponsorship!…I have several pots from them and they’re great!)

Some places mentioned this and some don’t, I don’t have a “dark” spot in my room, so as long as I cover them with soil I’m fine with that (they germinated well that way for me)
Swallowtail seeds packet suggested covering with newspaper. Violas are my favorite so I need to up my game to get better germination. I’m also trying seed stratification in the fridge.
Hey Roxana, one more thing...I was wondering where you got that sprayer that you use to gently spray your seedlings, I did not see a link for it in the description? Thank you:)
Santa pretty much gave me the green light to get myself whatever I wanted throughout the year 👀😁 Santa and I decided that is best for me to get my own presents lol
Oh Okay ... Yes I can find that ... Lowe's is closer and so I will pick up a bag... I seem to remember that last year you may have said that it is better because it does have a small amount of fertilizer in it and I thought that was also a good Idea ... !!!
@@shirlenehigbie5677 most potting mixes have fertilizer in them, the seeds don’t really need it to germinate but will after they get going… my lowes and Menards carry it on weird times, definitely harder to find it this early so whenever I see it I grab a few bags

i grew silver drop eucaplyptus its a hard one... however baby blue from jonhnys is pretty good and way easier to my opinion.

I'm starting my violas this weekend. I thought they needed darkness to germinate.

Burpees, I find it at Menards and Lowe’s sometimes carries it.

@@SoilandMargaritasI noticed last year our Menards didn’t have the Burpee fertilizers. Sigh, Big Box; once they have it, then they don’t.
Ace hardware has it too and you can have them ship to store for free.
