Hibiki is actually super fun to play and showcases how the hack and slash gameplay still needs the player to operate it. 10/10 character
It blows my mind how good this game is, absolutely love it
Honestly I'm pretty sure the best tactics in the game are ice attack and ice skill since they give a direct damage up, no conditions whatsoever just damage up and slow+ ice burst if you go that path
Hibiki's "Blink" is actually OP.
You have to max out the entrophy for the elite enemies.
I thought Hibiki was the weakest character in EA, but I've had my strongest runs with him in 1.0. Ragna and Kokonoe I've had the toughest time with in 1.0 despite doing great with them in EA.
I recently popped off with kokonoe using detonate scrap. My ragna though? 😬😆
dude i hate the fact that hibiki's ending combo dashes through units now, also the helicopter attack is now two inputs instead of just jump.

24:58 i think its because the X . O attack abilities has fewer i frame than actual dashes, if that were the normal dash it wouldn't hit maybe
While Hibiki is strong, hes lowest on the tier list.
Thats not even putting him down. Everyone else is just that broken that he is op and they are OP MY GOD. Ya know? And I love it. Makes every character worth playing.
Edit: To give you an idea: Koko's component build even without decent tactics to match can almost oneshot bosses. Sussy included. I streamed it (day 7 of streaming this game if you wanna watch that run).
