Finally go around to installing the illuminated kick plates for the 2022-2023 Nissan Pathfinder , and they look so nice .

Thanks for your videos! I just installed the illuminated kick plates and pass thru lighting yesterday. The illuminated kick plate installation went exactly as your video shows (I made sure to run the wires under the weather stripping), and didn’t take much over an hour. I had a little more trouble with the pass thru lighting installation. I spent almost 3 hours fishing the light connector wire thru the console assembly using the large zip tie, I was able to finally get to thru but I had a few choice words! Also since I used the accessory wiring plug to power the illuminated kick plates, I thought I the unused black and white wires on the accessory wiring plug would work as well as tapping into the black and white wires before the accessory wiring plug, but I was wrong! Thanks again!!

Hey, great video. I’ve been watching your installation video for the 2019 Murano, in preparation for my 2021 Rogue, thinking that it’s kind of the same. It’s now. Watching this video for the redesign of the Pathfinder reassured me, as the build and layout is almost the same as my Rogue, minus the holes for the kick plates. The guy that I’m buying from assured me that they are flat, just 3M adhesive on back, stick and press. My only concern now is the placement of them, as mentioned above, no holes for me to clip into like the Murano or Pathfinder. I’m sure it’s self explanatory, or at least I hope so, but it’d be sweat if you could do one for the 21-24 Rogue. I love how informative your instructions are and how you make it look so easy and effortless. I honestly can’t wait to install mine when they come in. Thanks for the videos. Keep it up.

I just purchased a 2024 Pathfinder Platinum from Gerald Nissan. Would the same accessories that you’re using on the 22-23 models fit on mine? They look the same.

Yes all accessories for your vehicle , and I had a shop do the blackout of the chrome there is a video on that .
I just bought a 22 sentra and I want to do the illuminated kick plates, interior accent, cup holder and underbody light kit. This is the closest I've found to an install video

Hi Paul, great channel. We have a 2022 pathfinder SL w Premium. 2 things that bother me. The passenger seats not height adjustable and no memory seat for driver. :/ does yours have either of those issues on you 22?
Also, I just have black kick plates in front. Would you consider selling the front old ones?
Oh and where did you get those wheels! Looks amazing. We have same color pathfinder.
Thank you. , and the all 22 pathfinders had no height adjustment on passenger seat unfortunately they where made when covid and parts shortage was happening they upgraded them in 2023 , as for memory seat my car does have that you need to step up to platinum for that .
I got rid of the old kick plates , and there is a video explaining about tue wheels
The instructions I received with my kick plates for my 2023 Nissan Rogue said black to black and red to grey. But, they do not light up does Nissan have it wrong in the instructions?

I have a 2022 Nissan Frontier and was looking to install illuminated kick plates as well as an auto-dimming frameless rear view mirror. The electrical part and panel removal process were so intimidating that I opted to go with the aluminum kick plates. I still want the frameless rear view so I’ve been trying to find helpful videos. What are your thoughts on that installation process?
I already bought the illuminating kick plates for my frontier but I am considering returning them and buying the non illuminating after watching this video😆
@@jonathank5388- I put the plain metal kick plates on my Frontier and I’m so glad I make that decision. I’ve added a lot of stuff and that’s one feature I really like that I added.
If you ever travel down south, I’d love to have you do some upgrades on mine!!😊

Hi, thanks for the video. I noticed that Pathfinder emblem on the tailgate is black. Is that the ones Nissan sell or did you plasti dip the originals? If they are the ones sold by Nissan, is it an easy install? Thanks again.
Your welcome, but the emblem in the back is gray still not black
I am referring to the Pathfinder letters. Are they not black? It is not factory chrome though so can you share if you replaced the letters with gray/black letters or plasti dip the ones that came with the car?

I got the kick plate from dealer but there is no extra wire like pink or red whole bunch wire in the box .or I need the part # for the wire..do you have the # thx bro

What did you use for the lights inside the door panel? My '23 platinum has what appears to be a cutout for them, but they're not listed as an accessory that I could find.
The back door panel es don’t have lights
Front door doesn’t have light either. Deleted from the 2023 model year. Didn’t even run the wiring. Did leave the cutout to do it yourself.

@@PRviewsvlogs I have the Platinum and it doesn’t come with the door lights anymore. Only on 2022 models. Lighting was poor even with the door lights but worse without. They also eliminated the lift gate light as well. Very disappointing.

Not sure what lights your talking about , if your only aftermarket lights I have on the pathfinder are the interior lights and the grill LEDS .
@PRviewsvlogs yeah my fault, where did you get the grill leds and I also need the interior leds as well my pathfinder still has halogen bulbs

@Vic F not sure if they make any aftermarket , also remember you are tapping into the vehicles electrical system if something damages the BCM you may be paying a big bill to repair the car .
