7:08 yo speirs it's not weird that an electric car has a bit of an engine noise cause i had an electric car that had build-in engine noise the people who build/make the car do this on purpose so people think they drive a gas car it's like a stimulation that they did to protect the invoirment (sorry for my bad english im dutch)

The reason why the Imorgan has exhausts and the simulated engine noise, is because for some reason, Rockstar decided to make it a Hybrid
