I just purchased my NRGY from you and used it for the first time last night. Whoa! It was very intense. I can't use it for long. I was using it like my NuFace but couldn't handle it. Tonight, I'll try your "touch" technique and hopefully that'll work better. I will say that my face looks amazing today! It does seem to be a superior device to the NuFace.

The price of the TTS Electroderm is quite high. What other conductor gels do you recommend that would be fragrance-free, good for sensitive skin and do not need washed off! Yes!!! Start before you need it. I have a nuface. Like Leah said, it’s a commitment. It isn’t a instant face lift. But with good skin care and a micro current device I am 40 with no wrinkles. No Botox or fillers.

So it looks to me like microcurrent would be counterproductive to skin that has botox? I mean, we immobilize the muscle so it cannot contract and relax it and then we go and stimulate it with microcurrent? I have been told my facial muscles are very strong and tight and that because they are so strong they create lines and some even can pull down the face, therefor the botox is placed to relax and smooth. I am a personal trainer and my facial muscles get worked out a lot right along with my heavy lifting. I can tell you this eats up my botox very quickly and doesnt last long because of this. I am trying to understand how microcurrent which stimulates the muscle every time you do the procedure, which would be over and over again, can be a good thing for muscles that need to be relaxed? Also you said it does not cause the muscle to contract? I saw a lot of twitching going on in another video, looks like contraction to me. I am needing some help in understanding this seemingly confusing issue.

@@saraseveryn8650 Love it! I am using about 5 days a week. I used the NuFace previously and thought it was OK, but this little device packs a punch. I used NuFace at his highest and the TTS device, I can only use on the first level. I like the feel of this device when handling it much better than the NuFace. My NuFace is not the mini, I have had my original for several years now. I do not plan on using the NuFace again, unless I decide to use on the body.

There is a product called Clearista. I heard about it from Penn.Smith.Skincare. She is an aesthetician on youtube and recommends it. I have not tried it yet, but planning to get it after I run out of what I'm using for my KP on my arms and legs.
I purchased this product from you and after charging the devise, it does not have any current pulsing in the devise when I turn it on. The lights turn on but the devise does not move as in no current occurs. No modes work.
Were you able to fix the problem! I just received mine and it also has no current. The light is on but no current. I have the Nuface so I know this device is not working.

It mode 1 is very similar. In mode 2 it is stronger. I also like it for body treatments :)

I just bought it but how do I know or how do I realize when it is already charged or how long do I have to charge it?
You’ll charge it for 24 hours before first use. When you plug it in, it will cycle thru the 4 red lights then go dark until you use it

@@saraseveryn8650 Love it! I am using about 5 days a week. I used the NuFace previously and thought it was OK, but this little device packs a punch. I used NuFace at his highest and the TTS device, I can only use on the first level. I like the feel of this device when handling it much better than the NuFace. My NuFace is not the mini, I have had my original for several years now. I do not plan on using the NuFace again, unless I decide to use on the body.

@@RayRay-jq8en A definite difference. I am not saying the NuFace is bad. I just find using the NRGY easier which allows me to be more consistent w/ it. I really like the feel of NRGY a lot better than the NuFace. I never felt like it felt good in my hand.

I purchased this product from you and after charging the devise, it does not have any current pulsing in the devise when I turn it on. The lights turn on but the devise does not move as in no current occurs. No modes work.

Were you able to fix the problem! I just received mine and it also has no current. The light is on but no current. I have the Nuface so I know this device is not working.
@@estrellabali8276 experiencing this same thing, on the highest mode i can EASILY glide this acrorss my face- no discomfort or twitching-- and im new to microcurrent. Kinda dissapointed because the refund policy is very unforgiving so hopefully PayPal can save me here :/

Hi Beauty, question, i have the miolift mini and this seems so so much easier but with the Miolift, they say if you feel twitching (not strobing) you are depleting your ( i know i am going to get the letters wrong) atl or apl so you never want to feel the twitch. Is that the same with this? I ask because i saw "tammys agless beauty's" video and her eye was twitching tons. So is twitching ok with this device?
