If you do PhD that is ok you do it because without fellowship not possible PhD for 5 year but after PhD you want job no guarantee in assistant professor post because all is politics in colleges and universities.

Mam mai dec.2023 bale exam mai organic nhi karke gaya mere 50.5 no.aye the mam organic se bhut dar galta hai but abki bar organic pad raha hu mam j chemistry se aap pr mam padte time ye lagta hai ki organic ho jayegi but mam jab assignment karta hu to question ko hi approach nhi kr pata hu fhir mam pure din ye hi sochta hu abki bar bhi nhi hoga mam please kuch suggest kro kaise apne ko positive rakhu
