Hey all! Tomorrow I’ll be dropping Part 4 to Ganondorf month baby!! This upload was supposed to be last weekend but the trailer pushed everything back haha. Back to Sunday uploads we go! Also I won’t be able to stream tonight as I’m going to a little anime con. I will stream early this week tho! Have a nice weekend all! And thanks so much for stopping by! :D
Just an FYI, the line about Ganondorf having given up on reincarnation was mistranslated. In the Japanese version, the line goes "This form was born from his obsessive refusal to give up on revival..." Great video! I can't wait to play this game and see my favorite video game villain in his full glory once again!
Gannondorf Having a Tragic Backstory would be Great although he already Kinda did in Legend of Zelda Wind Waker when he was talking about how Poor he and his People were and During the Day it was so Hot they Would Die of Heat and During the Night a fridged Gale would Pierce there Homes.
I like how he’s just an absolute power hungry evil menace in this game. No sad backstory, no tragic life. Just a man born to be king of one group of people with a power hungry obsession to rule over all.
sorry for you, but he have a tragic lore written 10 years ago, it's a hidden plot twist that Nintendo is only now pointing out to us, but if you pay attention now it can also be seen in older games
Great video man, I think Ganon will be at least conscious of his actions and I hope they at least acknowledge his Gerudo connection, Riju is gonna be front and center for that
THIS GOES PERFECT WITH MY PERSONAL THEORY OF THE TWILI WHO BECAME THE ZONAI KEEPING A TRAP ON HIM AND MAKING HIM FEEL 10000+ YEARS OF AGONY AND AGAIN AFTER EVERY OTHER ITERATION OF HIM SUFFERING, HE IS THE SAME GANON, WHY WOULD HE GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANYOTHER LIVING BEING, I WOULDN'T was too lazy to turn caps off but i genuinely think the zonai are decendants of the twili And seriously, when has there been a different incarnation of ganondorf in the games everyone talks about. And by the way, calamity Ganon and all the malice is merely a puppet of ganondorf, think phantom Ganon
I hope you are right and we get to see some form of redemption for Ganon. Making him pure evil would be a bit boring. I think it would be cool if you enter his memories and help "de-corrupt" them, eventually returning his mind to a clear and more neutral state, no longer blinded by evil and revenge.
I think I have the unpopular opinion of not wanting Ganondorf to have a redemption. It better fits his tragic character that he is, indeed, forever doomed to be Demise's hatred given flesh. He touches upon his tragic past in WW, but don't be fooled - he's only saying this after the adult timeline, where he slaughtered Hyrule, nearly exterminated the gorons and Zoras, and brainwashed many Gerudos. Not to mention, before WW he also came back to kill the Wind and Earth Sages (two children) and an unknown amount of innocents before Hyrule was flooded. What redemption can be done for a character like that? This of course assumes that it's the same Ganondorf's soul, and not a different man who carries the same name and Demise's hatred. I'd much rather see a Ganondorf who realizes he is the demon tribe's curse against the goddess and her hero, and fully embraces it. Instead of wanting to help his people, or conquer the world, he'd rather destroy it and drag it to hell, fill it with demons like Demise once wished. Of course, that's just my opinion! It's a good video regardless
@@FirenightMoon you know they can use a new villain without having to redeem Ganondorf right? Redemption goes against his entire characterization in every game he's been in
@@TheDeadmanstrolling dude a redeem is at the door, because they need the full triforce, nintendo has been planning this for years, ever since they made zelda wind waker and the backstory of Ganondorf, but they still don’t know how to process it into the game, for sure they will follow the BoTW line
@@FirenightMoon there is no reason for Ganondorf to redeem if he wants the Triforce. In WW he was selfish and evil with the Triforce too. And there's not even a reason to believe the Triforce will be a major part of the next game, yet. It is not at all mentioned in BotW or TotK, and other than its symbol, we only see it briefly when Zelda destroys Calamity Ganon. There's no build up to it being in the next game.
@@TheDeadmanstrolling Zelda encyclopedia said Ganondorf (NOT GANON) is not pure evil, and this book is canon made by nintendo, I listen to nintendo, not fans who refuse a redemption. they could do that you kill him forever by freeing him from the curse of Demise and the next gerudo male will be a normal gerudo king, but the fact remains that nintendo is putting too many excuses for Ganondorf to understand that they want to change villain

Maybe he’s tired of having the short end of the stick from Demise’s curse.

Long live Ganon, even if he doesn’t appear much.
Excellent video man, stoked to have the first comment also! 😁
Maybe he wanted to kill the gerudo for siding with the hyrulians and disavows him
AHHHHHHH YOU WERE WRONG! YOU WERE HORRIBLY WRONG!
PLOT TWIST FROM ZELDA ENCYCLOPEDIA, HE'S NOT 100% WRONG HAHA!....nintendo is a bastard, they will make us wait for a new villain

Thats not gonna excuse his actions
But he’s not evil, he’s SUAVEMENTE 🎶
