Awesome technique not working for me lol.
1st guy FW him at the bottom of the stairs and drag him into the room on the right you can hide him in the container. Sedate the guard at the back of the mansion, steal uniform and run round to the open courtyard at the back, there's a drain leading up to the window. FW old guy when playing cello. Escape in plane and still get SA rank with x2 kills (not accidents).
Hope this helps anyone else struggling with this.

I never played Blood Money and looking back to this game after i played the latest Hitman triology (WoA as they name it!) i hardly understand how you can play this game without suspecion metre telling you who saw you and whatsoever - also throwing a gun? This is awsome - and shoving people down the stairs for a sweet accident kill? Nowadays in WoA you punch people out on stairs no shove kill possible?! Bummer i say!
