Headphones is an essential for me too but I also have a little whale plushie attached to them that I can’t go without anymore. It’s a sensory comfort tool my therapist gave to me to help call me down when I’m overwhelmed or about to have a strong trauma response. It’s such a little thing but omg it’s so helpful. I don’t go anywhere without them. My AirPods could be dead but I’m still bringing them because of my little whale plushie. 😊
Your videos always get me to sleep ❤ , it’s the summer holidays here in England and for some reason when I’m not at school I get really bad insomnia, I think it’s because I know that I don’t NEED to get enough sleep . It’s a subconscious thing :/. Anyway your videos always work to get me to sleep . You’re voice is just sooooo relaxing .
