    This is way too fast and not speaking does not help. It's very frustrating having to keep pausing and going back.

      I agree. It is ridiculously complicated to set up this watch. I'm already contemplating returning it. And the app is uses has 1.6 * rating. 😢

    The video shows that a manual was included. I didn't receive instructions in the box. Did anyone? This video is not helpful....

    I was able to connect the phone. But I can not get the alternate face to work.
    I used Deke and switched the Glory... the faces are actually in Glory, but they keep saying Synchronization Failed. And I have tried 2 different faces.
    Anyone have any ideas?

      You need to make sure that the watch is above 30% charged and the cellular network signal is good

    The manual refers to a DEKE FIT app. The video refers to a Glory fit app. Which is it?

      @@vipasgwhich app is the best for iPhone 14? On the little strip of info I received in the box it has the QR code for glory fit then below that it says recommended but under recommended is the DEKEFIT QR code so I don’t no if the recommended one is for the glory fit or dekefit?

      It could be that the watch has been disconnected or the watch is in Do Not Disturb mode, it is recommended to restore the watch to factory settings and then reconnect it without it being in Do Not Disturb mode.     Is there a find a phone feature? There’s a find your watch but I need to use the watch to find my phone in emergency

      1. If the watch can't answer the call, it may be that the call bluetooth is not connected, please turn on the call bluetooth in the app. About message push, the video has more detailed instructions, please follow the steps.
      2. The time is synchronized with the phone time, if the watch and phone time are different, please reset the watch and reconnect it.😀

      Please follow the steps below:
      1、Confirm whether the APP and the device are connected successfully;
      2, in the phone system settings to find the need to remind the APP notification access rights, allow notification;
      3, whether the APP quit not running in the background, it is recommended to open the background running privileges; (If it is Android system, when the app is running in the background, the incoming calls, message reminders and GPS movement function may not work properly, you need to open the power consumption protection and self-starting system permissions, and join the whitelist)
      4、If the watch has Do Not Disturb mode, please turn it off;
      5、Push is to read the information data from the notification bar of the cell phone, make sure that there is a message box in the notification bar of the cell phone system, if the notification bar of the cell phone does not receive the message, please go to the system settings to open the notification;
      6、Receive unread SMS need to ensure that the phone is resting on the screen. Otherwise the unread SMS will not be synchronized on the watch.
      7、If you still want your device to receive reminders after launching the application on the computer, you need to set ""Restore mobile notification"" in the corresponding application on the cell phone;
      8、The device should always be connected to the cell phone and the Bluetooth should be turned on;
