Please do not eat any eggs if using shaving foam or nail polish as it does penetrate the eggs. They are beautiful to look at but poisonous to eat. P.S. wishing you all the luck in coming up with an awesome egg display.

Still like the ' oil based dye floating on water ' technique best. Similar to the nail polish on water. Problem is it's hard to find oil base egg dye.

What glue do you use on the eggs? Also are eggs boiled? If not lido you’ll use empty eggs and if so how do you drain the eggs out
Instead of glue you can use a money elastic or more.

Do not eat Easter eggs decorated with anything you wouldn't eat. Including: paint (acrylic or otherwise), sharpies, shaving cream (use whipped cream), hot glue, nail polish etc. If you're not supposed to eat it and you decorate your eggs with it, you're still not supposed to eat it. Tin foil techniques probably okay.
Also if you're going to leave hard-boiled eggs out of fridge for more than two hours, keep it on ice until you eat.
If you drop Easter egg on the ground and it cracks, it's dirty just like any other food dropped on the ground. Use discretion.
Eggshells are porous which is why egg inside soaks in colors from food coloring dye.
Who said to eat them, more like decorations to me, learn how to think outside the box.
