When you listen to this type of music it's like literal fucking music to your ears. It's like orgasmic. It's like your witnessing a birth. Its like you're experiencing drugs for the very first time. Its like the feeling you get when your favorite artist walks on stage at a concert. It's so beautiful you could never get tired or bored of it. You love how every single instrument plays its own part and how it comes together. I honestly think that no matter who and how many times a person covers any of Daughter's songs it will never top their original. I'm so thankful for being alive to be able to discover this magical group.

I used to dream of adventure when I was younger, with lungs miniature.. Such haunting, relatable music
1,830,024 views, but sadly that means many billions of people probably haven't watched it yet. I can't think of a better debut album than If You Leave, but this version of Amsterdam takes it to yet another level.

it hurts but it comforts me in a way nothing else ever could. it expresses all the feelings inside me, all the sadness, the desire, the unfullfilled wishes, daughter songs often touch my heartbroken heart, expressing how i feel in this sad love story, this toxic relationship. how sad i am in some parts of my life.

There are so many amazing artists/musicians that don't get enough recognition. This is layered sound that they all collaborated with love of music. I appreciate true talent and not commercialized sound. It's rare these days.

Never fails to send chills down my spine and throughout my body . I was in band for four years , but always involved in music somehow. It's so beautiful to me how these instruments blend together to harmonize, yet to a trained ear can be separated and heard more distinctly. Definitely my fav song by them . It's an easy song to play my life like a film with my eyes closed .
