Comp players are having panic attacks cuz they are realizing they can't just sit in a box all game anymore. They may have to, hear me out, actually adapt to the new season; be creative and figure out ways to counter cars and such.
Edit: I see a lot of comp players saying that I just don't understand, and it actually is nearly impossible to combat the cars right now. Now, let me explain why this idea is completely wrong by giving you guys all three fantastic simple ways to counter the super-nitro boss cars, that I came up with just now, keep in mind that I myself am a zero-build player and can personally tell you that these work:
1) **New Crossbow** -- Preferably with the medallion for inf ammo, this thing can shred through cars due to the fact that it has a decent fire rate as well as dealing large sums of damage when spammed (and it explodes)
2) **Nitro Fists** -- These new nitro fists are great for both dodging the attacks of the cars and also attacking the cars themselves. Pair this with the New Crossbow and you may have an unbeatable combo.
3) **Mod your own car** -- Honestly, if you can't beat them, join them. Modding your own car, I personally like the machine gun mod + indestructible tires + spike bumper, can provide great counter offense to the other super-cars in game.
Anyways, there are probably a lot more that I can't think of at the moment but those are just my quick thoughts. I hope you all actually take these into consideration and do not just complain to get them nerfed.

Last season, comp players complained about the thunderbolts, no build players just shot them out of the sky

Season is goated, only bad thing is that competitive players are going to complain so much that everything is going to get nerfed into the ground and it won’t be fun towards the end of the season, but that’s just a prediction

As a competitive player myself, epic needs to be smart and remove all broken items from the ranked playlists. This will please both casual players and competitive players. As a competitive player, I absolutely despise this season, and I want everything to get nerfed, but epic just needs to change the ranked lootpool there is no point in playing ranked

they cooked with this season, I love every single encounter with enemies is now cinematic because it becomes a chase. Especially in duos

This season so far was very fun, and I hope they keep it up, especially for the summer update. I also like the new collabs we’re getting, such as Lethal Company and maybe Deadpool and Wolverine
People are not being patient with this Season.
There are leaks about a Sniper that deals extra damage to cars not only that but in the trailer you can see that there is a grapple hook thing that allows you to hook yourself to the cars and you can shoot while hooked to the cars.

Tier 100 Megalo Don is honestly one of the best skins in the battle pass, but other than that, this entire pass is just banger after banger after banger! With another version of Rust Lord, Ringmaster Scarr (who I love the hyena version of please don't fight me) and T-60 Power Armor, this season is bound to be the most fun. The only issue I have is that I have a bunch of input lag, which is honestly just a system issue. All of the matches are chaotic if you have a car, which is really what the aim of the entire game. To have chaotic fun! A tier map changes, A tier battle pass, S tier gameplay!
i just hate it when sometime people dog walk a season just because its not og or because of very small problems it just shows hiw those people themselves cant have fun because of what they do

They really dislike change but what they don’t realise is that is what Fortnite need.
It needs season that shakes up the foundation of what was already established because you can’t expect a game to harness the same kind of attention after 30 season.
Tbh I think that magneto could have waited 3 more months for the marvel collab. I would have preferred more fallout stuff like vault boy.
Maybe in the shop later this season. Sometimes Battlepass collabs have more characters released in the shop later on.

I suspect that he's in this chapter to counter the vehicle meta. They planned this out ahead of time, we're only getting this meta for just over a month and then it'll be like 2 more years before we see another vehicle season. 💀

i want the sheild back, if they reskin it, it could be a nice way to go aginst cars, and I think people forget about shield bubbles, those can also protect you from the cars guns
I love how the car is the most busted thing in the season instead of an op weapon. And I also love how I was randomly talking about the Nuka cola adding gold since caps are currency in Fall out, only to find out it actually does give you gold, made me happy.
i think it’s the theme overall which is making people not care. for the people who *do* like this theme, they are having the time of their life, including me! i hope the haters learn that madmax isn’t that bad. 10/10 season.
imo, the people are just salty that the season is actually fun, even if alot less competitive than normal. I WANT to die to a car with a 15 kill streak in a Gold III lobby, if it means next match I can do it too (based on a true story)

Definitely the best chapter 5 season so far, it's so much fun even in solos. People say that you have to be in a car to win but that's so false, the movement is so good now with the gloves and nitro that you can outplay cars in so many ways, it's so good man

This season is so FUN
I always liked the strategy part of Fortnite the most. My brother and I always had to fight people who were way better than us, but there was a chance we could beat them if we played our cards right…
Now you just shoot the enemies in their metal box with your metal box until one of you explodes, and I’m personally not a big fan of doing that every match.

but I’m really happy for the people who enjoy the car usage. I’m just going to play some other games in the meantime. No hate👍

This is the best season ever and I hope it stays the way it is. In fact, this makes me want to see more vehicle combat from Fortnite. Hell, I want to see them deviate from the standard gameplay in more ways than this, this really has boosted my confidence in their ability to actually make gameplay fun.
I'm not a sweat, but these cars have to be nerfed just a little bit. If you have full health/sheild, you shouldn't be one shot with a car, it's absurd.

honestly i love this new season because of how chaotic it is! i’m excited to see the new updates to come for the season. my bf and i have been having a blast playing with the cars and new mechanics. super excited to see what they do for the summer event! love your videos aggro!!!

People are upset because they cant keep playing the same way they do every season. But who wants that anyways? Its boring. You SHOULD have to adapt your playstyle in a new season.
If cars get nerfed/countered, this season is just gonna end up feeling like the last two... The cars should be overpowered, it's the point.
About the cars they should be powerfull but not to the point were if you dont have a car you will die in seconds because of how hard is to deal with them.Also they changed the way you play and made it so you are forced to have a car especialy in solos were half of the people team in cars,this is not fun
I’m just worried about the over reliance on vehicles this season I play primarily in zero builds and it can be frustrating to die to a vehicle camping far away with a machine gun hopefully this season will bring weapons to destroy vehicles faster (aside from the crossbow)
I wish they made mod benches like the upgrade benches where you could find them and throw them down

even from Chapter 1, I've never needed building to dunk on fools, the nitro fists are more balanced than the wings but still just as fun to use, looking like a pretty fun season

This season is my favorite season of chapter 5 so far, I have a blast with the new vehicles attachments, new medallions, new pois and new items, both in build and in zero build
Theres a cool bug where if you are on the passanger seat in a bosses car and you shoot out of the window with the Machinets Car, you shoot the same speed as the machine gun with any weapon and fun to use.

Tbh, this season's battle Royale is not Snooze Fest, and i love it. It's pure chaos, fun, and it keeps the Momentum up till endgame. Even tho, I don't get many wins in the game, but tell you what, this is the fun things that we needed in fortnite for a long time.

Really surprised this season had the lowest initial player count. Yea it definitely wasn’t advertised well but on a pure fun standpoint it’s genuinely awesome. Love the wasteland biome, bosses, new items, and the cars are still fun. I still feel like adding back the anvil rocket launcher to the loot pool for both casual and comp would still be nice, it genuinely makes sense to have.

This season was so fun and it still is but the complaining from people ruined it. Just use the items. If someone kills you with a car or fists it’s your fault for not using it yourself
I love this season, but I think adding more counters to the cars and maybe nerfing nitro and the nitro fists would be a great idea.
The fists should be usable less, and the nitro barge should stun you for 3 seconds after barging through 3 walls.

This season is so fun season 3 beats s1 and s2 this season feels like the wacky and fun updates we used to get I feel like Fortnite is going back to it's roots I love the season so much I love the theme a lot I love the cars and attachments they're so fun and we have the next Marvel season happening in August and then ch2 OG right after and then ch6 s1 meaning Fortnite will most likely have 4 really fun seasons back to back to back to back because ch5 s3 is very fun the rest of the year for Fortnite is gonna be very fun most likely

I'm going to be honest, I'm kinda disappointed. I was expecting like a mad max or a fallout season due to how freakin huge that sandstorm was. Also I think this season is too chaotic. My biggest problem is that the vehicles are so stupidly powerful. Like i always see someone using one of the boss vehicles as tanks. overall, I like this season, but I'm just a bit disappointed

I'm genuinely so annoyed. This season is amazing, best of this chapter (and last chapter tbh) in my opinion. I'd say im casual but I play builds primarily. I can double edit but that's just it, I'm not competitive at all. Me and my friends have been having an absolute blast. As soon as this season came out, sweats started whining about the fact the meta has changed (and ninja's annoying ahh). The meta has been the exact same since mechs in season X, it's good to have a change. If you're "more experienced", and "better" at the game, you surely should be able to find a counter? But no. Even I can counter cars easily with the new crossbow and the Battlebus with the EMP, but the sweats are just a bit too slow to get to that. Its crazy now how it's been leaked that a sniper which decimates cars will come out, ALONG with the magneto mythic and grappling hook we saw in the trailer which are also counters to cars. I like the car meta. I don't want the sweats to bring us back to the buildfight meta we've had for like 3-4 years now. This season is amazing, sweats, fight me.
I stand as a middle ground between the two. I’m too good at the game and serious to be a casual, but I’m not good enough or dedicated to be a sweat or pro. As it stands, I feel like the build fight and box fight meta is part of the game rather than a meta, so when sweats saw that it became relatively useless they felt like a part of fort was taken away, like it wasn’t Fortnite anymore. After all, I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy if you spent a lot of time getting old at basket ball only for everyone on the other team to get jump boots. I like the cars and fists, but they are so overpowered that they feel like they completely decimate the core gameplay. I’m sure if we had some reasonable nerfs to fists and counters to cars, the season can be chaotic as well as technical and fun
@@GimmeMinisBro I see your point building is a core part of the game but its nice to switch things up cos buildfighting all game every game doesn't feel fresh it gets boring after a while. But the cars are new and it adds a whole new core area to the game as well as building. Ngl, i think the gloves don't need a nerf, if you're skilled its quite easy to shoot someone out who's using them. The car mods are good as they cos once the magneto mythic and sniper are out, the cars will have enough counters to not be extremely OP.
Alright, I'm a guy that loves every Fortnite season, even chapter 2 season 6, but this season I do not like at all, I think it's cause if you get an overpower weapons, you might as well win the game, same with cars, if you don't have a car, it's gg, I hope this season gets better but right now, it's really not fun

the seasons trash, zero build has no skill everyone will have a car and the people would die. build is just the same with the nitro fist. once u box up to heal u someone up up and smashes the wall and starts punching you with the fist and u die. The games is slowly getting ruined.
