The inner faces of horn are mating with extruded boss at the center of the wheel leaving no clearance between the parts. How can wheel rotate if there is no clearance between wheel & horn. Can the clearance be created after assembly is made. Is this tutorial for the sake of practicing solidworks commands for creating parts and the assembly
What must be the"dragging distance" of the horizontal wheel axis with respect to the virticle swivelling axis of the top plate to ensure efficient turning of the wheel. To put it another way, what is the angle of the horizontal axis of the wheel with respect to the verticle axis of the swivelling axis at the top. It seems to me that the greater the distance between the two axis gives a better swivelling action but you don`t mention this. You show us HOW to design it this way with specific dimensions but not WHY you design it this way. If the angle ot the horizontal axis of the wheel with respect to the vertical axis of the support brackets of the wheel was zero then the wheel wouldn`t swivel. So what is the angle ( or distance ) between these two axis to make an efficient swivelling wheel. That`s what I want to know. It`s a very pretty drawing but you don`t explain the concept of a swivelling wheel and why it swivels.
Another great tutorial, you're the SolidWorks master!!
thank you. Very good and clear instructions!
Awesome video. Just what i need for my project. Theres no words can express how grateful i am
Sir, Thank you for uploading such learning videos, Learned a lot from you....
you're a master, thanks so much
master, can you teach me how to make the shaft move together with the wheel such as what happen in a watermill..please..thank you
can you elaborate.
CAD CAM TUTORIAL thank you for the reply sir 😊, I've figured out it by myself, was doing a watermill analysis project back then....
You are king of solidworks, better than subra
How do I attach a ball bearing to the mounting plate when mating the mounting plate to my assembly
Thanks, needed that for my exams :D
welcome, please share our videos which is help us to do more and more in Solidworks thanks,
Super sir
this is great but also why did you make a 11 in wheel

it'd be really great if your tutorials had more realistic dimensions
Right I was doing conversions the entire time to make it more realistic 😅
i mean it's a heavy duty wheel, just divide the dimensions by half that's what i did
youre amazing! thanks
Thanks.
Which application is this
Can I have the file that you wrote?
what's the material on part 3?
do you have any CAM tutorial videos
halo, u still have the file? can i use yours?
gracias excelente video

Thank you so much
upload the hubless electric motor wheel by solid works
why you dont share the drawing ?. it very helpful ...
I copy this for my homework thanks
Thanks bro🎉
Thanks!
Pablo B. You are the most welcome,
muito obrigado
thank you sir.
OMG TENK YU BRO
Thank you sir
