@@ShaneMailloux Crossed legged drill. Cross the front leg over the back leg, back leg dig heel into ground, then find tension in the back leg glute area/upper back leg upper I.T band area. Then stride and swing not reaching with front leg to stride and more have a falling down feel

What drills would you suggest as a hitter to stay and hold into the back hip hinge?
