Nice that you selected the 1776 bar, a very important date in our history as a country (little trivia - did you know that the birth date of the US Army was the year before! I love the bar, it commemorates important history. I also appreciate the very low mintage, but I feel you have to pay for that in the premium which is why at this time it is hard for me to see it as an investment. If I had more money, I wouldn’t hesitate. 👍🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Although I do not own 100 shares or more of "AG" I do own some. Having said that, I would love an excuse to purchase products from them. I may entertain any competitive priced round or bar, but I put myself in "my" buyers shoes. I might watch Mike M's. videos, but I dont think I could in good faith expect to "sell" at any premium because it was made by First Majestic. Personally, I liked the Sunshine Mint bars and am working on completing a stack of Britannia bars. I pay a slight premium because they are reasonably popular and I like them. As far as the Freedom bar, I will admit to paying near 40 an ounce for a kilo sovereign coin I just had to have. So I'm guilty here as well. It does look like a nice bar. From there it is just a matter of if the individual just wants one.. I get it..
I hope they come out with some rounds and bars that are more reasonably priced that's for sure. Their current 5,10, and Kilo bar prices are comparable to others like scottsdale although not as well known as scottsdale. Time will tell if can compete.

First majestic has gotten expensive, they said opening up their own mint would decrease their cost but they've increased the cost for us. I now shop elsewhere. At $39.36 an ounce for an odd weight bar ?!?!?!?! That's not an investment, that's a decoration piece... a hard pass for me.
I agree first majestic/ first mint products are on the pricey side. The one bar I currently have from them was purchased during a father's day sale. I hope they pass their savings on to the stacking community soon. The freedom bar is not for everyone I understand that. I respect your opinion and thoughts on the video. I agree it's a decoration piece and not a stacking piece. I like the idea behind it and like the odd weight to it. Thank you for view.

@@VegasStacker702 no I did not. Bought it yesterday when I received the email announcement. Sorry, my friend. Yes, this is a long hold for me, as well. Hell, all my silver is a deep stack. At my age, it’s protection in case I live longer than I want to. But keep reason is to leave a real money legacy for my two grown daughters and my grandchildren.
