Why Should You Get Up at 5AM (or earlier in general)?
    • Ultimately, it gives us more time. More time to improve our health by working out, to expand our knowledge by learning and to reflect on our goals and schedules.
    • Having mind over mattress isn’t easy. I know that. That’s why waking up early is like training your self-control muscle. Not snoozing, getting up and resisting jumping back to bed is difficult. But that’s why we have to really train it. And soon, gaining self control over this can help us gain more time and confidence to tackle other aspects of our life!
    • Waking up early provides silence and peace, and your attention isn’t being fragmented by technology, meetings and other forces that can limit maximum productivity. Here, you get to enter the state of flow and be really productive.
    • According to the book, there are 4 areas that we can all work on. They are our Mindset (psychology), Heartset (emotionality) , Healthset (physicality) and Soulset (spirituality).
"WHAT WE ARE DOING TODAY IS CREATING OUR FUTURE".....

Lovely video. It's not impossible for working women to do all and have a career. I am a working women, I cook three fresh meals for my family, kept my daughter at home all these years (she will turn 3 soon) in front of my eyes, we do have family meals together. It just takes lot more hard work and patience. But it's not impossible. It's judgemental to say if women are not home makers, their house and family is not well kept. We are home makers as soon as those laptops are closed.

Agree with you. I am also a working woman with 2 kids, but my kids never go with dirty clothes and we eat fresh meals everyday.. It's not impossible, but it takes more energy and need to be more organised to put fresh different varieties offals everyday. The planning amd prep meal is the key to it.

Beautifully said about gender roles and how women are so natural at being homemakers. I agree 100%. I enjoy your commentary.

It's easy to advise someone to be strong and wise women .. and don't spread negativity by complaining but every women's life s not the same ... If they r complaining and feel depressed there would be a reason ... In that situation there family members should support them ... But all family members won't support us .. so that women wil be depressed and dull oly ... Nothing can be done for it ... Women s expected to so 9_5 job and also house work without help .. I'm one among tat .. I'm fed up with my life ... This vedio might be encouraging for some but not for me .. anyways thank u for ur approch great vedio .. i didn't mean to demotivate anyone just shared my situation tats it

hello.really appreciate your videos. but i would really like if you could do a video to motivate all woman who are working and handling the household together.. specially with the gender inequality that its woman role to manage the house. how to manage then? now with covid so many people are working from home and handling their house without help, how to stop the frustration and tiredness..how to feel positive and be happy? as for me its nearly impossible.. i feel frustrated at a certain time to manage house, kids, and working to help financially..thanks again..and as always your videos are really nice :)

This video was much needed for me right now. I was working in corporate for years. Suddenly got married, shifted to another state, had a baby who is now one year old. Responsibility of household chores was new for me and honestly, a bit overwhelming. This video made me realise that what I do is so important. I only need to change my perception towards myself and my job. Although my family is very thankful towards whatever I do all the time, I myself was upset as I felt I wasn't contributing anything as I wasn't earning. Now I feel satisfied as I know my job has not monetary returns but seeing everyone happy and maintaining peace in my family is the biggest remuneration for my job. Thanks a lot Diya. Feel very positive coz of you today.

Hi Anushree, I am happy that I could make a difference. Always remember, we are our biggest enemy when it comes to self-esteem, self-realisation and accepting what we have! You are world to your baby, so please don't take his world away by physically being with him but not mentally present. Enjoy and cherish as this is true happiness...to be able to be with your little one.
