Going to miss John, he is the only one I have seen in person. Is sad that he is gone.
I was hoping to meet him before he passed away, I thought I might get the chance until COVID took him away from us. Big John was my introduction to gospel music.

*If* my memory serves me correctly, I watched a UA-cam video from this Homecoming where Bill said that it was the first time they had all gotten together after J.D.'s funeral, and they took a look back at all the good times they had with him.

JD was more the grumble bass.. not so much loud and clear.. but really deep
