Strawberry Tiramisu Cake - EASY, No-Bake Strawberry Tiramisu Cake Recipe!
⬇️ Ingredients
strawberries 12.5oz (350g)
granulated sugar ¼ cup (50g)
the juice of one lemon
boil for 3 minutes
let to cool
2 eggs
mix the egg whites until become foamy
6.76oz (200ml) whipping cream, at least 30% fat, chilled
granulated sugar ½ cup (100g)
mix very well until pale and fluffy
add the whipped cream
mix until incorporated
vanilla essence 2 tsp (10ml)
incorporate the egg whites
Mascarpone cheese, room temperature 9 oz (250g)
mix on low speed until smooth
cold water 1/3 cup (80ml)
gelatin powder 2 tsp (10g)â
let to soak for 10 minutes
heat gently the gelatin until dissolves
do not boil
ladyfinger cookies 400g (14oz)
24 cm 9 inch
soak with strawberry syrup
add half of the cream
add half of the strawberries
add half of the remaining cream
add the remaining strawberries
add the remaining cream
at the fridge 4-6 hours or over night
decorate with whipped cream and strawberries
