Learn about our free English language classes - LINC Program

We offer newcomers free English language classes through our Learning Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program.
We offer in-person classes at our offices in Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond, Maple Ridge, and Squamish.
We have classes in the morning, afternoon and evening, Monday to Thursday each week.
