Yeah, probably gotta have 2 Master rooms one downstairs for when you get old and one upstairs. That kid has tiny clothes too so they are still very small. That's quite weird, might as well put that room downstairs as well and move on of the other types of rooms upstairs.
Masters on the main are a thing for high end and million plus homes because you are primarily dealing with older couples who have older kids(except of course the expensive states such as California, New York, Hawaii). People with small kids are usually younger and really can’t afford multi million dollar homes. Of course I’m speaking in general terms. Having two masters would be ideal if the lot is big enough.
1) double staircase - why? 2) why does the outdoor washroom have a glass door? 3) does the pantry need the second door? 4) why does the powder room by the kitchen have another door to the toilet??
I've noticed something about the new construction houses in your area, they all have white exteriors. Why? Also, I would not pay 4 million dollars for a house with so little privacy and natural surroundings. At a minimum this house should come with a Tesla solar roof ,given no shade trees on the property. There are some good passive solar features to this house. But the ability of a house to be livable all Four Seasons without constantly running air conditioning Is a measure of good design.
Massive, who cleans this place, you would need full time cleaners. I like a first floor master, you could use 😊for guests or in laws till kids get older.

That is why we are looking at a house with an in-law suite on the first floor and a master up.

I’m in the UK only people that have their bedroom on the ground floor are 80 years old or disabled, I don’t like ground floor masters
