Wished I had crossed paths with Freddie Mercury!
Freddie in boarding school 9 years: 1954-1962. Freddie: “I was at boarding school for nine years (1954-1962) so I didn’t see my parents that often. That background helped me a lot because it taught me to fend for myself.”
I can not imagine parents sending a 7 or 8 year old child on a ship 3000 miles away from a home and family he loved. I believe all Freddie’s problems of feelings of abandonment and the constant search for love and affection stemmed from that one awful decision.
Freddie would say he didn’t want to go back in the rare instances he was allowed to return to Zanzibar on summer holiday. In an interview Mrs. Bulsara said, “It couldn’t be helped”.
I believe he masked his true feelings when he said it helped him a lot because it taught him fend for himself. Freddie truly hated it and said he had to just change his attitude and make the best of it. I don’t know how old he was when he came to that realization, but 8 year olds shouldn’t have to grow up that quickly especially when they may believe they are to blame or they’ve been rejected and find themselves in that situation.

@@joandeluca6846 Freddie’s first few years of school were at the Zanzibar Missionary School. There he was under the tutelage of Anglican nuns and part of the reason why his family may have sent him to a school in Bombay when he was eight where he was allowed to practice his Zoroastrian faith. His parents wanted him to get a good education as there were few educational opportunities AT THAT TIME in Zanzibar, so they sent him to India where he - at age of 8 - went to St. Peter’s boarding school in Panchgani where his parents family resided near by. Context is everything, so I try to view history through the eyes of those who were there AT THAT TIME, rather than hindsight history through the prism of today. I do think that Freddie's fear/hatred of being alone was the unintended consequence of his being separated from his nuclear family at a young age. 🤗➕😘

Freddie siempre fue un muchacho sobresaliente sobre todo en la música, ni imaginaba lo importante que sería para el mundo entero, pero deseaba ser alguien muy importante, nació con una gran estrella, tuvo un talento impresionante toda su vida que al poco tiempo su estrella brillaría hasta deslumbrar a cualquiera, que aún ilumina al máximo por todo el planeta, al grado de ser la leyenda que quiso ser 👑

Y esos son comentarios querido amigo ? pues no se parecen en nada a los mios y si te estoy viendo hasta ahorita es que mi hermana trabaja por temporadas de supervisora en algunas marcas famosas en mi país entonces lo que le dan para que promocione los productos que le dan por otro lado una ^ cara ^ a las antes mencionadas en muchas ocasiones lo mete a mi cuarto y no sabes cuanto por armar las ofertas para surtir a sus demostradoras tarda en salirse del mismo y como no le agrada mucho ni mi familia / socio ni su música entonces tuve que poner a funcionar mi plan b como decimos aquí cuando si no funciona una idea ya planeada entonces hay que inventar otra que en mi caso fue la de ponerme a ver u a página de fotos que tengo desde hace tiempo y por eso apenas te estoy visitando también pero como eternamente será si elaboraba más de estas maravillas te doy cien mil me gusta de mi parte aunque uno no lo vi ni pienso hacerlo porque ese muchachito por mi no tiene ni los calzones ni nada que lo pueda comparar aunque sea una pizca con mi familia / socio en lo que a audacia / galanura se refiere a la vez y sobre todo actitud porque mi familia / socio se hacía el dizque bien portado pero más contrario a esto por mi no puede ser y es que para ser el líder / el guía y el que podía ver al mundo desde otras alturas se necesita por mi mucho más que dizque cantar bien y si es que a esos desvaríos / desastres se les puede llamar shows / conciertos a la vez y de la vida en el internado de mi familia / socio en muchas ocasiones sólo pienso en lo triste que se ha de haber sentido al pensar que sus papás en especial no lo querían y porque no fuera un estorbo ( como yo cuando era pequeña en que cree lo / no pensaba exactamente lo mismo ) lo mandaron a estudiar lejos cuando su mayor anhelo seguro era ser como sus vecinos que todas las tardes podían regresar a casa de un modo normal pero de haber estado cerca de el también habría sido su paño de lágrimas como decimos aquí cuando un amigo te cuenta en secreto y porque es un alivio muy grande todas sus penas y por lo mismo lo de armar una banda e interesarse en el piano no fue casualidad y por otro lado mi familia / socio por mi tenía que buscar alternativas al boxeo del que su mama no quería saber nada aunque por mi fue un excelente practicante con puños y d erechazos tan devastadores como el mismo y capaces de romperle cualquier hueso tanto a sus conocidos como a los que no lo eran en todo caso y así me pregunto yo se atreven a decir que mi familia / socio era gay entonces por mi no estamos hablando de la misma persona y te mando un abrazo queriendo estimado amigo que sigas muy bien atentamente nancy mercury 😉😧😷😍👀👂💚💚💓💓💕💕💖💖💗💗💞💞👊👊♍💥♉♍😍♉♍💌♉💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌ps 😩😩😪😪😉😍( yo ya me voy a dormir y espero que tu hagas lo mismo ! buenas noches y GRACIAS POR TODO !
