She should definitely enjoy demon slayer, it's not nearly as complexed as AOT, just a simple story with beautiful visuals and amazing fights.
Man, i forgot how good Tanjiro's VA is. When he was pleading with Giyu to spare Nezuko, especially after losing his family...i felt that emotion and even almost shed a few tears
ah such a relief, yk how some shows series are just so emotionally taxing? like aot.... well have no fear, these calmer waters with hit that anime need lol.

They live isolated in the mountains simply because in many places in the world it is not strange to live far from cities.
Plus take into account that they did not know about the existence of demons, there are legends about them but being legends people do not take them as true. If he had come home the night before he would have died like the others and that is for sure, demons are strong and he currently has no combat training.

Yeah... Demon Slayer has the visuals, humor and intensive/emotional fights. You don't need to interpret a lot into the story like how it in AoT was.
Enjoy, both are masterpieces in its own way.
As for them living apart from the town, I think they're miners, right? Because Tanjiro was selling coal to the villagers. Maybe it was a family business.

Tanjiro's family creates coal by cooking lumber. They are charcoal makers. That's probably why they live in a forest. 😊
I was hoping for Jujutsu Kaisen but maybe you can do that one after Demon Slayer. Don't get me wrong I love Demon Slayer. I wonder if Allie will be able to handle Anime humor. It's a culture shock if you're not used to it

And new FIRE series! (Well, you know I have another favorite that I feel you MUST see, but I digress.) Demon Slayer is an excellent follow up. AOT is a hard act to follow, but Demon Slayer/Kimetsu No Yaiba is a worthy successor on your roster.

From what it sounds it’s gonna be really good but also complex we were told demonslayer isn’t as complexed as AOT and death note and seeing Allie is new to anime after AOT we needed a breather 😂 but are definitely watching death note 💫
