@@SorakaOTP462No that placement was a knee-jerk reaction to how heavy the ad ratio cut was assuming this meant “Riot does not want bot lane TF to exist” but that’s not the case. His power isn’t in high AD ratios, it’s in AD item synergy and a stun card. Twisted Fate’s affectiveness has not been touched and Phreak has already gone over that the target is to make AP the strongest while keeping AD viable and bringing him down from broken in top and bot. Also, “C tier” doesn’t mean “F tier”, it means “this is viable” and rankings like this only apply to above Masters.
mmhh, i think this applies to last patch, after the heavy nerf he's alright but lots of adcs do better
