An amazing performance by Angelina Jordan! Just one correction though regarding your title for this video: "Feeling Good" is not by Michael Bublé - though I think he also did a cover of this song. "Feeling Good" was written in the early 60s by two English composers for a musical and was then recorded and popularized by Nina Simone in 1965 (on her album "I Put a Spell on You"). Many other singers have covered this song since then, though Angelina's version is my favorite!
Mostly natural ability. She had some musical training in "the after school program" in which she took part in Norway. But she started singing already when being just one and a half years old. Her parents didn't push her to anything. They just discovered her talent at very early stage because she started to sing pretty challengins stuff, not the kind of songs like children normally sing. She was a kind of special child, both musically and also her personality was a little bit different than the other children of the same age. I think that she was really mature for her age.. And obviously an exceptionally talented person. She is not just a very good singer, there is something extra about her, it's quite hard to put it into words..

Oh boy, you are going to be bombarded by her fans called Angels that will fill you in on this music prodigy with an old soul from Norway. She's basically been a star since she was 7 years old. First and foremost, she is a jazz singer but has the ability to sing any genre. She also does all of her own musical arrangements. Even though she has been compared by many to Amy Winehouse, her major influence is Billie Holiday. At age 13, she was invited to participate on America's Got Talent: The Champions in 2020. She shocked the audience and the judges with her rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. She received a standing ovation from all and got the Golden Buzzer from judge Heidi Klum to go straight to the Finals. Her performance went viral and even the group Queen responded on Twitter by saying, "Wow, what a rendition!" Republic has labeled her their Highest Priority and assigned a team to her including Rob Christy a multiple Grammy Winner, often on the piano in many of her performances and a whole team of equally qualified professionals. She recently dropped Her EP 'Old Enough' which includes 6 original tracks. She has been indicating she has released another EP of originals for Christmas 24.
She has been diligently perfecting her craft since winning Norway's Got Talent singing all over the world, Germany, Japan, Korea as well as TV appearances such as The View, Little Big Shots and most notably America's Got Talent where she premiered her Iconic Performance of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' which Queen gave her the copyright for. After Heidi's golden buzzer for her audition of BR, Angelina went directly to the finals where she sang Yellow Brick Road. After the "secret voting", she placed 6th in the competition and was eliminated from the competition. After first refusing to sign with AGT because of contract demands, a re-worked contract was eventually signed which freed Angelina from any commitments or record deal if she performed.
She has also sung for Many Heads of State including Barack Obama and a couple of songs opening for Norah Jones in Korea. She also sang at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert at 8 yrs old for Malala and another recipient. Mostly she has sung for charities helping raise millions for children charities and climate change. The great part is that most of it has been well documented often by herself and her family. Her Grandmother who introduced her to Jazz at 3 & 4 yrs old is behind the camera more than anyone else. Sir, when she was 11 yo, the people of Norway declared her THE NATIONAL TREASURE OF NORWAY. When she walked through Oslo/Norway, nobody acosted her, but greeted her with a friendly way. The homeless community were her friends (together with her japanese grandfather she helped with food and sometimes jobs. Today, in LA she was seen to help the homeless community there.

An amazing performance by Angelina Jordan! Just one correction though regarding your title for this video: "Feeling Good" is not by Michael Bublé - though I think he also did a cover of this song. "Feeling Good" was written in the early 60s by two English composers for a musical and was then recorded and popularized by Nina Simone in 1965 (on her album "I Put a Spell on You"). Many other singers have covered this song since then, though Angelina's version is my favorite!

Mostly natural ability. She had some musical training in "the after school program" in which she took part in Norway. But she started singing already when being just one and a half years old. Her parents didn't push her to anything. They just discovered her talent at very early stage because she started to sing pretty challengins stuff, not the kind of songs like children normally sing. She was a kind of special child, both musically and also her personality was a little bit different than the other children of the same age. I think that she was really mature for her age.. And obviously an exceptionally talented person. She is not just a very good singer, there is something extra about her, it's quite hard to put it into words..

Oh boy, you are going to be bombarded by her fans called Angels that will fill you in on this music prodigy with an old soul from Norway. She's basically been a star since she was 7 years old. First and foremost, she is a jazz singer but has the ability to sing any genre. She also does all of her own musical arrangements. Even though she has been compared by many to Amy Winehouse, her major influence is Billie Holiday. Other influences are Dinah Washington, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Etta James,Whitney Houston, and Adele to name a few. Her love of jazz came from her grandmother playing jazz music around her when she was young. In 2014, she entered at age 7 and won Norway's Got Talent at the age of 8. With her new found fame, she used it to appear on many shows from abroad and help raise millions for the less fortunate children around the world. At age 13, she was invited to participate on America's Got Talent: The Champions in 2020. She shocked the audience and the judges with her rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. She received a standing ovation from all and got the Golden Buzzer from judge Heidi Klum to go straight to the Finals. Her performance went viral and even the group Queen responded on Twitter by saying, "Wow, what a rendition!" For Queen to respond to someone covering one of their songs is quite a feat since they rarely react to anyone. She did not win, but her fan base grew and expanded her popularity.
Now 18 years old, living in Los Angeles, and currently signed with Republic Records, whose clients include Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, and Drake to name a few. From what we know, she is finally done with school. Angelina released her new single, Our Time, and is fantastic! She returned back to Norway and performed at a number of sold out concerts in which fans from around the world came to see her. On September 22, 2023, Angelina had her first U.S. concert that sold out in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. On December 11, 2023, she was asked to come back and perform at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert. She first performed at this prestigious event in 2014 when she was 8. On Feb.29th, 2024, she performed 2 shows on one night at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino. A film crew followed her and created a documentary of her called Angelina Jordan: 10 Years In The Making which premiered on her official UA-cam channel on March 29th, 2024.
Her fans call her The Barefoot Princess. She always performs with no shoes when she sings. Why? The reason is very special. When she was 6 years old, she was traveling with her family in Iran where she met a poor shoeless girl in the streets that was about her age. She made money by weighing people. After speaking with her for a few minutes, Angelina noticed the scars on the girl's feet and asked the girl what her dream is. The girl said she wanted to be a doctor but she couldn't because she had to make money for her family. Angelina did what came natural to her, she gave the little girl her shoes and told her to not give up on her dreams.
