지쳐있었어요.
밤낮이 바뀐 신생아를 돌보는 게 근 6년만.
몸도 마음도 피곤해질 시기에 독감에 걸려 골골댔네요.
그러면서 자연스럽게 모유수유를 중단하게 되었고 심적인 부담이 컸어요.
첫째출산하고 입술습진이 오는 바람에 분유로만 키웠던 지라 둘째는 모유수유를 꼭 하고 싶었거든요..
결국 포기하게되고 산후우울증까지 겹쳐
이렇게 살아서 뭐하나 싶은 생각에 그냥 죽자 싶은 생각도 들었었어요..
지금도 그렇긴 하지만 자고 있는 아이들의모습을 보며..그래 힘내보자..
힘을 쥐어 짜내고 있네요.^^
11월도 얼마남지 않았는데 건강 유의하시길 빌어요.
지나가다가 댓글이보여서 힘내시라고 말씀드리고싶어서 남겨봐요. 저같은 경우는 첫째때 분유 살 형편도 안돼서 모유가 나온다는거에 감사하며 먹였던 기억이나요..그런데 또 육아에 관심없고 모유수유하느냐고 잠도 제대로 못자는 저를 온전히 알아주지못하는 남편이 야속해서 모유를 끊고싶어도..독감에 걸려서 저도 그만 먹이고 싶고 젖이 마를까봐 입맛이없어도 꾸역꾸역 아기 업고 혼자 밥먹을때도 그만 먹이고싶었는데 분유가 왜이리 저한텐 비쌌는지..너무 우울하고 힘들었는데 지나고보니 정말 그것도 한때고 둘째는 시간이 더 금방 가더라구요. 첫째랑 알콩달콩 예쁘게 노는거보면 정말 예뻐요:) 우울증 너무 참지만 마시고 주변분들과 이야기 많이하시고 남편분께 많이 도와달라고 하세요. 둘째는 몸도 회복이 더디고 정말 나도 나이먹었다는걸 실감하더라구요. 날씨 춥지만 옷 단디입고 잠깐씩이라도 바깥바람 쐬주세요. 기분이 한결 나아지실거예요. 힘내세요!!

@@rainanew3920 옛적에 '자식땜에 산다' '내가 너때문에 산다'이런말 있었잖아요. 조금씩 그런말도 이해되고...그렇게 생각하면 울적할 수도 있겠지만 전 아이들 덕분에 정말 우울증도 이겨내고 하루하루 또 즐겁게 살게되는거같아요. 힘이 안나는 날도 결국 아이들 위해서 억지로 힘내야하는게 엄마잖아요. 우리같이 힘내봐요. 제가 휴지챙겨드리며 안아드리고싶네요. 토닥토닥

막내는6세.. 저는 셋 다 어린이집 한 번 안보내고 키웠답니다 힘들었지만 아이들이 소중했고 엄마가 돌보는게 이렇게 힘든데 내가 안돌보면 누가 돌보나 싶어서요 세상은 엄마이기전에 여자이다 자아를 찾으라고 하지만 저는 그 말에 반기를 듭니다 소중한 이들에게 무언가를 줄 수 있는 사람이 받는 사람보다 훨씬 아름답다고 믿습니다
영상도 정말 아름답다 ...라는 표현이 저절로 나오지만... 한 문장 한 문장 따뜻함이 전해져옵니다. ♡ 진짜 쵝오!!!!!♡♡♡

Your videos that I accidentally clicked days ago was the best accident in my life... I’m lost for about a year ago , thinking a lot about my life as a housewife (live in) there are so many things that I overlooked or not giving appreciation while being at home. Watching your videos makes me want to live again happily in life and just brushing away some negative thoughts that lingers in my head. I did food watercolor painting, some basic calligraphy, sewing some stuff and now planting some veggies, I thought it is not worth it and I’m worthless but your videos reminds me of those times I paint with happiness and sewing with excitement coz after a while I stopped and finding agin myself. Thank you for giving light to someone like me, your videos and thoughts are like a comfort in every person who’s kinda lost like me. So THANK YOU ! I’m wishing you a more blessings in life. :)
