- When everyone wants to show how perfect the last year was, I wanna show RAW reality & how many MISTAKES I made in the kitchen, how sometimes was hard to film my videos, what was left behind and many really funny RAW unseen cuts. I must admit I never imagined myself being a baker and UA-camr at the same time, however, I do have so much fun!

Guess how long does it take for me to edit one video? 👩🏻💻
1-2 days in total?
to edit minimum 20 hours... but the whole process from idea to publish.. days/weeks!
@@monikakazlauskaite985 it’s longer actually, to deliver a video for Sunday i need to start working latest on Teusday, sometimes I start and don’t have a clear idea how i wanna structure it etc. Then since i work at the bakery I work after, so when for normal people it should take around 20 to me it takes at least 10 hours more to polish everything. Also depends on the video, to do A day in the life I give myself 2 weeks because i need to deal with enormous amount of footage. 🤪

Love these bloopers, one of the best is that guy in Madrid curious about what you were doing haha. The cars all the time coming are a classic. Actually the best was the Italian kid asking for the pizza haha. The lentils holding the camera, wow! I totally forgot about the Bahamas footage! Honestly the best is when you film in the kitchen and run into issues, people don't realise how difficult these things are, particularly filming while baking and doing so many things at the same time, that's why your Day in the Life videos are the best! 🙏
haha I was giggling so much doing this video, lot's of footage was brought back to life and when I reviewed it I was surprised actually. Love the people I was always surrounded, my colleagues were/are awesome. 'Dammi la pizza' was really really funny, that kid made the day, haha! Thanks for your help as you are the secret cameraman 😁

Hey Aram! uhh so many stories regarding the filming outside! haha😃 so many things were not even captured on camera, but yes when people stop and literally watch you is a bit uncomfortable but after 2 years I feel much more confident😇 thank you for sharing your thoughts, always happy to hear especially from such a pro like you!

I have planned some big videos which require long time to film and later to edit but my goal with every video is to give value to whoever is watching and doesn't matter if the person is interested in baking/hospitality or not.
