I can't help but notice the difference between the sanitary regulations in the Philippines and in abroad. Dito sa abroad very strict sila sa food industry. Ang mga workers dapat walang naka expose na body parts kundi yung mga mata lang. Ang uniform ay long sleeves at kailangan gumamit ng lint roller para tanggalin ang dust at buhok na maaaring nakadit sa uniform. No earrings, rings, necklace, bracelet. Fingernails should be cut. And employees are required to have monthly stool exam to check for intestinal parasites such as worms.
Same. Dito nman ako sa Japan ng food manufacturing. Monthly pinapasa ang stool “kenben”. Then ang roller, pghuhugas ng kamay at palit ng gloves every 1hr or 1 and half hr. Pra cguradong walang contamination sa pagkain.
Not all po i am here in food industry sa kuwait and masasabi ko di po lahat e very strict. 😅

Matagal na gina gawa ng ibang bansa yan ready to heat meal. Mabagal lng talaga pag usad ng pinas para maka sabay sa fast food at convinience store na ibang pamamaraan.
One of my concerns sa ganitong meals ay not too healthy meals. Not recommended sa mga seniors.
Kaya nga kahit yan mga ice candy n powder mixea ang gamit ng iba po sa lugar namin. Ay may asprtame tsk tsk….

It makes me sad to see lots of people are still “business as usual” and ignores to see that this world is dying because of their indifference and thoughtless actions. 😢
