Im probably newer coming back to the game, i got way over the head addicting to trading rivens and eventually the only reason i played this game is camping trade chat and making plat. Only fun thing left in warframe for me was decorating orbiter and making fashion frames. I used to actually enjoy trading cause of the dopamine you got for sharking people but eventually it became a bad addiction. Sad to hear this but i understand. I hope you come back some day and keep decorating, you are really talented and creative. And determined too, i can only imagine how much time and effort you put into this, not to mention platinum as well. Don't let it go to waste please, in my country we say: ''Don't slam the door with your ass, because you might open it again'' :) If anything, you can make videos on decoration ideas and i'm sure it will be popular, hopefully DE adds loadouts for orbiter decorations. I had a similar experience and i quit Warframe for few years, after almost 2000 hours. One mistake i did at the time i decided to quit and uninstall, i thought i was never going back and i spent a lot of platinum on gifting random stuff to my friends. And that was platinum that i bought with real money. Now those friends don't play anymore, and i could use that plat i wasted. But now i started playing again and i love it, i missed it and i really needed that break, now i can rediscover both the old and new things, and enjoy it in the same way i did before, if not even more. Now i don't care about obsessive things, i just play for fun whatever i want and whenever i want. I don't allow the game to make me anxious, nervous and annoyed, i'm not doing anything if i don't feel like it. I play the tedious things fast, and i take time to play the nice things slowly. No more obsessive farming either, i get what i need until i get tired of it, then i do something else. And it's a very nice feeling to come back and see how much you have from before, now you don't need to farm almost anything, nothing is slowing me down and it's a nice flow of playing. And i started enjoying playing solo, admiring all the scenery in the game, checking every corner for details and spending time in rooms around the map, taking screenshots and exploring. I must admit, i missed these things when i focused on farming, now i truly realize how creative the designers are, the beautiful atmosphere and ambient are very unique. I like to spend time in Grineer maps, rolling a joint and smoking somewhere hidden in a corner, while listening to the ambiance feeling safe and sound. It feels like a save-room from Resident Evil. I also really love the new Corpus maps and the 80's retro synth music, i sometimes i smoke weed in those maps too. But my favorite place is Cetus, nothing better then smoking at Quill Onko, that cave of his is such a chill place, and Cetus music is fantastic. Onko is the best, everything he says is just soothing for some reason. And i started discovering relays for the first time, usually i would just fast travel to Cephalon Simaris without even looking around, but now i see how beautiful the relays are. My perspective really changed after all these years of not playing, it's now a completely different game for me, and better. The only thing that makes me sick in this game is anything related to Kuva, the fortress, the music, the voices, the colors, everything around Kuva is disgusting and gives me headaches.
Yours is the first one I actually liked! It's original and you did something creative rather than just throwing a bunch of random crap around your ship
it takes around 3-4 months on and off work with alot of deleting / remaking to be able to record everything plat vise around 80k~ i spend on decorations but i also have made 3 complete themes and im working on a 4th one right now Which decorations are needed? 99% of decorations are from market so everything can be easily obtained.
I haven't played in over a year, but i remember having spent around 80k~ plat on decoration in total but i also had alot of unused decoration from previous themes. For this one i would estimate around 40-50k~
