@@jamesjuranke ok so the quality is pretty much negligible in comparison then, it would basically be better to chose the tiara zoom since its cheaper and that these P&S are prone to mechanical failures.
Matthew, this video is so fun and informative! I LOVE the point and shoots from back in the day and have acquired quite a few in my travels. Much love from Tennessee 🙏🏼
I’ve got two Fujifilm Tiara Zooms and one Fujifilm Tiara - non zoom. They’re amazing cameras, and one of my favorites!
Which one you like better? Is there a reason why the zoom cost less than the non zoom tiara?
@ prime fixed lens on the tiara.
@@jamesjuranke so the zoom is worse quality/worse lens compared to the fixed lens on tiara mini?
@ in theory. But you would need to really look into the fine detail. Prime lens have “always” been sharper.

Glad you enjoyed it!
Very entertaining - thanks!
You might want to disable IBIS with wide/high distortion lenses. Your video is wobbly in the corners at times because of that
Yeah I’ve noticed it’s real bad on my Viltrox 13mm. I’ll have to be more mindful in the future
@0:55, the Tiara TC-1?? Did you mean Minolta TC-1?
I actually meant to say the Fujifilm Tiara Cardia, and I think in the moment my brain mixed that with the Minolta TC-1
@ hahah thats funny, what a mix that would be.
