I just completed my hajj today alhamdulillah as a single woman. The system now is so good and people travel in groups , yet I got so many judgements from other women for coming without a mehram. Thank you for explaining this.

@@Abdlmnn1 I traveled from qatar to Jeddah by myself and met the organizer at their hotel. I had taken the package to share accommodation with 2 more ladies, luckily they were an amazing mother and daughter. We made our group and ofcourse the agency leads the arrangements anyway. Alhamdulillah it was very easy.

Al Hamdulillah sister, Hajj Mabrour 🥰
Like the Sheikh said, fear ALLAH not the people.
I went with a group to Al Quds , prayed in Al Aqsa (which changed my life and boosted my Iman so much) then i did Umrah, 6 months later I went for Hajj. As a convert, I don't have a mahram and not young anymore.. Allah made everything easy for me Al Hamdulillah! Surrounded me with the most beautiful Muslims Al Hamdulillah 💖
I now ignore the literalists, it's like they have hardened hearts that love setting the bar so high knowing it'll make you fail. And I agree, they turn people away, esp their own kids. They end up destroying their families, society, country... It's like it's having the opposite effect... they seem instead so far from the religion BCS of their harshness.
There are obviously some aspects of the religion that we can't touch but they seem to nitpick and obsess about the other stuff... And always towards others... Instead of prioritizing good Akhlakh towards others.
I prefer my positive and healthy Muslim brothers and sisters.
May ALLAH help us all, may He forgive me if I'm wrong and forgive them if they're wrong and guide us all to success 🤲🏼🤲🏼

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to make a journey of one day and night unless she is accompanied by a Mahram (husband or any other relative to whom she is prohibited to marry)."

so I can travel from the UK to Saudi for umrah? The journey is less than one day and one night, by plane it takes about 7 hours? Allah knows best but for a woman who has no husband and her brothers don't want to go with her because they have their own wives to look after, then what happens to those single women?

Jazakum Allahu Khairan Sheikh, when the prophet PBUH said “a day and a night” does it apply to the duration (time it takes to travel regardless of method/medium) or does it apply to a distance that would take someone a day and a night when travelling on foot/mounted on animals (as it were in the time of the prophet PBUH)?

Absolutely NOT okay for pious sister to get education abroad!! Especially today with the WEST and their FREEMIXING OF GENDERS ... how can a woman get "education" in this VERY distracting & unfair environment where SO MANY college women today succumb to temptations AND INFINITE ZINA so it seems (astaghfirullah may Allah curse these girls)
Brother, if you are really a man asking this question, make sure to teach your sisters your education when YOU return home. Keep them safe & chaste inside the HOUSE instead of the COLLEGES where we see these "college girls" astaghfirullah....

We live in a generation where people dont follow Shariah law. But still Islam should have its law. It doesnt matter whether we follow or not. Now the time has changed and we can rethink a hadith doesnt make any sense.
If our daughters goes alone for hajj today, and tomorrow asks to go europe alone what will you say to her? If she give evidence that both are safe then why cant I go to europe? You cant be a hypocrite then and you have to give her permission. This is the consequence of this new law. And we all know Saudi is arranging muaic concerts now a daya.

The singing has become so addictive that even before a serious religious talk and after we must listen to it and this is very true especially for Arabs. They call it nashid. It is expected that they will use proper music instruments in near future before and after every salah in the mosques around the world and Quraan will be chanted with proper music. May Allah protect us. Aameen
