Japanese boxes that aren’t specialty sets (the recent eevee set is one of those) will have 3 art rares and an SR(can also be an SIR) , with a chance at a double SR box usually. They’re much more regimented, with 4 or 5 hits above ex rarity in every box. Maybe this has changed but I doubt it
