    Thank you so very much for this video. As a mature woman and mature lash stylist. Many of my clients come with a history of having extensions that have been too long or too heavy for them by other lash professionals. This is a market that needs more attention. They are the best clients. They are great at keeping their appointments, don't usually wear a lot of makeup, take care of their lashes and are generous with tipping. You do these women a great service and help them look more youthful and feel amazing when a proper and appropriate lash lengths, weights and styles are used. Thank you again.

    I just started on lash extensions and my first client is a older client. That bwing said i had a little bit of trouble because the eye patch was sliding around. What can i do to help prevent that? Love your videos very helpful.

    Thanks for these recommendations! I'm a beginner and it was sooo challenging practicing on my mama the first time, after having practiced on younger models. My mother has hooded eyes, and as you mentioned mature skin is different: the eye patches kept shifting under her eyes, also because of her upward outer-corner / smaller eye shape ( I think.) Keeping the patches from shifting was really a struggle, and not getting her lower lashes glued to upper lashes ( I didn't have this problem nearly as much on other models) Do you have a suggestion to fix that?
    Cutting the eye pads to adjust to the unique eye shape? Tape over the pads?

      You’re so welcome! Thank you for tuning in.
      This is the exact reason why we introduced our foam eye pads. They are insanely sticky - they just don’t move at all once placed. I bet using these + perhaps cutting them to suit your moms unique eye shape would help hugely

      Taping may help also! You’d probably like our video specific to deep set eyes as well. This one is on our IG- if you aren’t following us, check us out at @lostartistrylash - we will happily send you this video through there if you like :)

    Hey, i have an mature client which want classics. Because her lashes are thinner i used 0.12 classics but she told me that she wants more darkness and thicker lashes. I know 0.15 is too thick. Can i use flat lashes? Or would it be too heavy for the clients lashes? I really dont know what to do.

    • @LostArtistryLash
      @LostArtistryLash  2 роки тому +2

      Hey you can absolutely use flat lashes! This will give the light weight aspect with a much darker result due to the flatness of the lash!!

    Do you use dark/black undereye gel pads on older clients or change the taping in any way? Thanks

    • @LostArtistryLash
      @LostArtistryLash  Рік тому +1

      Sometimes if the clients natural lashes are super blonde or white I'll use dark pads to help the lashes stand out!!
