According to the Chicago newspaper Swipper(MW) had given the Feds some information regarding the Oblock members and Kenny Mac but then he went on his UA-cam channel made videos that included conflicting statements. Therefore the feds sent that email to seize his Google information(which is what he showed Dj U). Long story short the reason he isn't being subpoenaed to testify(if he isn't testifying for real) on the stand is probably due to his inconsistencies imo.
He already testified before a grand jury, his testimony is entered into evidence.
He could be called to the stand to go over testimony, but not likely, if the prosecution has been trying to get his testimony thrown out.
