I LOVE how you are always raising the bar and pushing the limits. Finding you a few weeks ago is partly the reason I decided to build a new water-loop in the Evo XL and make it beautiful AND functionally correct this time. Awesome work!
The case looks like a Coolermaster Cosmos with an X on the front. I know the VRMs don't need cooling but it feels like a bit of a miss when the feature is included. Other than that it's a nice build.
I always thought these cases were way too "gamery", but this made me realise they're a lot better for theming with all the different parts and surfaces to customize.
watching you work never gets old Stuart. Love Optimus. They make my favourit blocks and it's nice to see you use their products because not many people do on these types of channels, maybe because of the cost, I don't know why. Yet another beautiful piece of work. looking forward to your next one.
This build reminds me of a past potential in a past friendship that has now been lost to the wind. I know I’m not making any sense but this video is beautiful nonetheless. Always here for it.
Awesome, as always. I would love to see a review of yours on those optimus cpu (amd v3 especially this one) and the 4090 block. How good are those actually temperatures wise?
This is an amazing work of art 🖼️. Your cables management skills are perfect 🤩. This is the case, & motherboard that I want. You are a master craftsman 🤩. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Why didn't you cool the VRM...? It would literally have been a couple more fittings and a few inches of tubing or just adding a compatible EK CPU block with the EK Z790 Formula Monoblock on top. I'm just sad you got a VRM water cooled mobo just to not use it... Sadge. You did us fellow Z790 Formula owners a disservice :'( APART FROM THAT, DAMN that thing looks GOOD. I mean you KILLED IT AESTHETICALLY bro!!! NICE JOB
Had to take out a second Mortage to start ordering parts (Copy from this video) for a new build after watching this excellent video. I'm Still deciding on this case or the Lian Li RGB case (white) I saw in your other video. Luckly, I was able to get a ROG Strix White GPU 4090.
What is that display in the bottom in front of the PSU? It isn't mentioned in the description and I can't find it on google (I think I'm bad at googeling 😅) And btw. very cool Build!
beautiful, now please a re-edit with Country Music lmao jk - very selected few seem to be using the included VRM Waterblock (heard there was problems with mixed metals inside that block) - I guess one would be better off to get a combined block for CPU and VRMs elsewhere, then you wouldn't need to buy the Formula in the first place though, but that one version with the complete motherboard block was nuts. sick build, love it!
Hey GGF! Stunning video and build as always. I know you guys don't do like reviews and stuff, but it would be cool to see some barrow products reviews coming from you guys. As far as I know, you do use Barrow products extensively in some of your builds, and these Chinese options are quite compelling price-wise. I would love to see how they perform compared to the top dogs.
Stuart always delivering must be a constant in the Universe, i will ask NASA to focus the JWST telescope in order to find it all the way up there 🔥🚀 Have a great weekend ahead and take care ❤
I was watching this to see how the vram looks hooked up to WC but he didn’t even use them? That’s what the board is for. In that case u could have done what u did in any build.
Did you have to powdercoat the CPU and GPU waterblocks white? I checked in Optimus website and non of the Signature and Foundation waterblocks comes in white.
I want to duplicate this build , but with a 7800X3D. Any advice on which motherboard and cpu cooler to go with for the same appearance? Any help would be appreciated. This may be a dumb question to many of you, but this is my very first build, and I want to order the parts today and see if I can pull it off.
@@MrAnimescrazy definitely the 5090, assuming the 50-90 format doesn’t change. I have a pretty elaborate sim racing rig, combat sim flight soon. Hoping for the highest graphics settings and high FPS.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, but I noticed you put one of the M.2 drives in the M.2_1 slot (at 2:05), but the manual (see p. 1-11) says "M.2_1 shares bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5)_2 and PCIEX16(G5)_1. When M.2_1 is occupied with SSD device, PCIEX16(G5)_2 will be disabled and PCIEX16(G5)_1 will run x8 only." Question 1: so isn't your setup going to cause your GPU to run at x8 only, rather than x16? I just bought this board, along with two Samsung 990 Pro 4TB SSDs. The manual (see p. 1-11) lists M.2_2 (along with M.2_1) as a sub bullet of the *CPU, whereas M.2_3, M.2_4, and M.2_5 are sub bullets under the *chipset. From this I infer that M.2_2 is direct to the CPU, whereas M.2_3, M.2_4, and M.2_5 are connected to the chipset. From (unsubstantiated) Reddit reading: "Drives connected to the CPU are significantly faster than those connected to chipset #1. Put your OS drive into a CPU slot. You may want to install only the OS drive first so you're sure which drive you install your OS onto, then add your data drives afterward." So, my plan is to install my boot drive in M.2_2 (CPU), and my second (storage..music sample stuff, etc.) drive on M.2_3 (chipset). Question 2: is this wrong for some reason? Thanks!
@@GGFEvents sure but that is the whole purpose of this motherboard existing. Also good thing you didn’t use it cause it has aluminum in it so it would gunk up your loop real quick

You don't use the VRM waterblock ????

Optimus block! Nice!
awesome build but I couldnt understand why you didn't include vrm cooling into the loop
I am asking same question seems like a waster to use it and leave it out. To my knowledge the corrosion issues from the 690 have been resolved.
Morning coffee and a new build from GGF. Life. Is. Good.
As an ASUS Super Fan, this setup is SICK!! Well done.👍👍👍👍
Love how the tubes are above the cpu and ram and dont block the users view.

Cool build with top Intel CPU included. Interesting to see CPU’s score and temperature.
What a work of art, the Jett theme is epic!!!
The color matching between the front accent piece and the coolant is on point. Another inspiring build!

Quick question, why doesn't you include the built-in VRAM water block in the loop?
Sorry... 😢😢 Why not have cooled the VRMs ??😮😮

how are your temps during gaming with this 2 x 360mm radiators?
