I am soooo glad that I was a Teenager in the 80s!!! Sky Channel & Super Channel power channel & MTV was absolutely awesome,,,,,all those great Rock stars who were dressed like rock stars, had attitude, and sung like rock stars, Long hair, tight leather/jeans Jeans, leather/jeans jacket, Slim, they all were just GOOD LOOKIN'.....These days, they have all fuckin beards, are bold, fat and baggy Pants.....not the same anymore :-(

I met Paul Stanley at the China Club in NYC 1989. He was a friendly guy. He had an apartment a few blocks away. Me, Paul and his wife to be, walked over to his apartment and he cooked a late dinner. He set me straight on the image and the real guy. We've stayed in touch over these years. ~~I've done tours with Delbert McClinton, Willie, Bonnie Raitte, Leon Russell and a few others . . . When I told Paul who I've recorded & toured with, he said, "Well, I wrote a song for Rod Stewart and I'm writing another one now with a guy named Bryan Adams." I told him, "You really don't need to show ME your resume!" We got a laugh out of that one.
