Lydia, I can't believe how much you accomplish in a day. Posting on social media regularly plus raising 4 children, working a job and attending school! God bless you and your family.
Thank you for sharing your day with us. It is very inspiring! Your days are so productive! I would love to see more videos like this. Not boring at all!
When I was studying to be a chartered accountant, I used to get up at 4 am every work day and put in 3 hours of study every morning before work. I had to study on weekends too, for 3 years, then an additional year to qualify in another country. When I later got a risk management qualification, studying before work was the only way to do it. The crockpot is a busy woman’s best friend. You’ve got this, Lydia. Go, girl!!
Lydia, you are seriously the best. Every time I watch one of your videos I feel like I am getting a hug and pep talk from a beloved friend. Thank you for being you and for sharing your wonderful self with us!
Thank you, Lydia! I’ve been watching you for years but have never commented. You are my absolute FAVORITE to watch. I love that that everything in you life and house isn’t “perfect” and therefore, so many of us can relate. I LOVE your “DITL” videos! You are such an inspiration to me and so many others! Thank you for taking the time to share with us! God bless you and your sweet family!❤
If you have a math-y kid, (I homeschooled an accountant and an economist through high school) then they might be interested in Singapore Math's Challenging Word problems. They have a very hands on way to solve problems that makes Algebra a breeze when they get there. And bless you for putting your kid's lives in the center of your day and working and studying around that.
Chaotic night time routine! Your Life night time at my house is wild and loud and beautiful, everything I've ever wanted". What a wonderful statement of one's life. You are so inspiring. Thank you
Hi Lydia, thank you for this inspiring video. I can see that amidst all of that busyness your heart is filled with joy balancing everything and still manage to put yourself first. Loved watching your channel for years now, I truly appreciate that you are still on UA-cam. God bless you and your family ❤
I love how abnormally normal your life is.❤ I miss my boys being small, but I am thoroughly loving the granddaughter we watch during the week. Love and hugs to Jason. Lupus is no joke.
Not boring, wow you pack a lot into a day. Hope you have some no school days for a break. I do that with homeschooling. My son gets a fall break which is actually tomorrow and Friday. You're awesome💕
Definitely feeling like God led me to this video once I saw that you’re also homeschooling. I’m going back to school in January, plus working part time from home, plus homeschooling 5/6 of my children. Was literally just praying about all I’m taking on when I scrolled through my subscriptions (to clean them up) and saw your video. 😭
Lydia, how do you rest? I need inspiration, or a pep talk, or something. I had very busy and productive several months, but I realized that crashed my immune system. I am sick from flu few weeks already. And I know that I am not getting healthy because I am exhausted. I even had a vacation in this time and did not get better. I was so proud on myself because I was doing it all. And now I see, that my body suffered.
I'm sorry you've been sick. I make sure to prioritize sleep. I go to be early and I have days I don't get up super early. We've quit a lot of our activities and I make sure to go to the gym or do yoga or walk every day. 20-30 minutes of exercise every day.
Def not boring! How do you juggle all diff grade levels? My son is in 8th grade now and i was hoping to homeschool or virtual school him for high school. Unfortunately the school work nowadays is like a full time job for a parent to relearn it to be able to teach it back to their kids. Any suggestions?
I feel like we lucked out because my husband is a mathematician so he can take on the harder maths. But also community is really important. A high quality group committed to high quality education.
@TheRealLydiaSenn thank you! Between already working from home (contract work etc), we have two businesses we're building so it's def a struggle. HS was hard enough when I wasn't a working adult with responsibilities and a family. Now idk how I'd have time to teach myself to then teach him. Lol
What program was that book from? It almost looked like Classical Conversations, but I know it’s not the same. I’m looking for something to possibly replace our Foundations book that we do at home. I like the memory work, but I’d like to scale it back a little.
It's Claritas Publishing. There are 4 cycles instead of three and is less repetitive, however each cycle requires it's own guide and they are more expensive than the one cc guide.
Not boring at all. Thank you for sharing your day with us ❤️ you are one of my favorite channels to watch because your content is so relatable and calming. Thank you for being real!

Not boring. I loved it. More please!
❤
This is exactly what I needed...a video to relate to.
Thank you :)
This was not boring at all! I loved it! It gives me motivation!
What is the homeschool curriculum you are using currently? Always love seeing what other people use 😊
A bunch of different things from different companies and each child might not use the same curriculum for the same subject so it's a lot to type out.
You're one amazing lady and momma. You do so much your family is blessed to have you.
Thank you so much! But they're the real blessing.

Your video makes me miss homeschooling my son. I loved it! And I loved seeing your day!
Ok ! Not boring relatable ! Love the whole thing and I like the other comment where they said it’s like a hug from a friend ! I completely agree !
As a fellow mom who is also working, schooling (last course before my degree), and raising babies, I relate and adore this video. 😅
You’re doing great!
What time do you go to sleep at night? 4am is sooo early!
Around 9

You are amazing! I’m tired watching this!😂. Maybe because I am a lot older than you are!
Thanks for sharing 🥰
I enjoy your videos Lydia ❤ so beautiful
Thank you so much!
I think you used a red wine (not Pinot grigio) in your stew because it looked red on the video.
Yup. It’s Pinot noir. I misspoke.
Thank you for the update. It looked absolutely delicious on the cold days we are already getting in north Georgia.

I didn't know we woke up around the same time hello from the Gulf Coast.
