Thanos, the guy who fought against the best heroes in the MCU, goin up against Doomsday! The guy who fought against the best heroes in the DCEU. So who wins? Who’s gonna come out on top here? He is literally unable to die and heavy and he'll bans him for even entering their gates. You burn him to death, then Doomsday would come back from the dead and he’d be immune from getting killed (burn) in the same way as what killed him the first time! That’s why Doomsday is unstoppable. You can kill him sure, but he always comes back to life and you would be forced to kill him in different ways over and over and over again, all while Doomsday is getting stronger and stronger. I guess it's a rock scissor paper situation, except it shouldn't be because Thanos and Steppenwolf both have similar abilities and arsenal, so either Doomsday should beat both of them or neither, Danco's logic is amazing

Doomsday has the edge, but it's closer than it seems. Thanos is the tactician and a warrior with thousands of years of training and experience(maybe fought a "Doomsday" here and there). And if that sword can cut through vibranium I don't think it's a stretch to think it can decapitate Doomsday. He'll know that Doomsday is a serious threat physically, and very stupid, and will instantly go for the kill. Still give it to Doomsday, he's too much, I just think it would be a better fight than people here think
DCEU Doomsday is basically wolverine and the hulk put together. Wolverine’s regeneration and the hulk’s brute strength. DCEU doomsday would murder the hulk and though the hulk didn’t do shit to thanos. He was able to stun thanos for a bit

The DCEU did the same with Doomsday. Comic book Doomsday is literally an unstoppable living weapon and bringer of death. He is 1000000x more powerful than DCEU’s doomsday.
Everything in the MCU is underpowered compared to DC because the MCU doesn’t have a Superman or wonder woman . The closest thing they have to aqua man, super man and Wonder Woman, would probably be Thor or Captain Marvel. But even then DC has the Greek gods Ares and Zeus to counter them alone

What dceu is doing is trying to catch up to 30+ movies in mcu with just 5-6 movies just buffing characters with steroids without any proper storyline. What mcu is doing is giving characters powers as they go with the story. Sinister Dr strange, IW thor, infinity ultron, alioth, dormamu,Dr strange, IG thanos, scarlett witch,watcher are characters who surpass the ones you mentioned. They are also soon introducing gorr the god butcher who destroys gods even killing marvel version of zeus who is coming at thor love and thunder

@@dobi287 Let me go over some of Thanos’s feats: Scales over somebody who can resist a black hole for over ten whole seconds, can tank the biggest energy surge in the history of the universe, could tank Stormbreaker which can overpower a blast from all six Infinity Stones, is able to easily overpower somebody who can move moon sized rings under a neutron star’s gravity, can basically no sell Captain Marvel’s spaceship busting punches, and has been stated to be able to be almost immune to anything below Stormbreaker’s power level.

What makes you think using the gauntlet is the biggest energy surge in the universe? Even if it was hulk did too as did Tony's armor/gauntlet so...
Now as far really comparing apples to apples doomsday hits waaaaaay waaaay harder than thanos sending clark and Diana (2 varitable bricks) hundreds of yards. Thanos doesn't even send anyone a hundred feet. DD is more durable taking hits from stronger folks, falling to earth and "no selling" wtf that means a nuke. Thanos doesn't have many feats none of which come close to and of dd's. And if you're thinking the snap again Tony's armor was intact, it wouldn't be against a point blank nuke.

i would not call it regenarition the only thing he did was grow a spike with a lot of effort. energy waves if thanos has his sword he could deflect it like he did with ironmans beam. energy waves yeah pretty strong but i do think his sword could injure doomsday like the spear i mean it was able to destroy caps shield and the quantam tunnel. It was only broken a bit by fully enraged wanda.

Doomsday wins especially given how What If nerfed Thanos since Proxima Midnight and Cull Obsidian manage to beat him, he's overwhelmed by a bunch of zombies, and is sliced in half effortlessly by Ultron even before Ultron becomes Infinity Ultron.
If we use What If, then Thanos can easily win as he is stronger than Thor who could punch people across the world.

Id probably give an edge to Thanos although it is close but Thanos sword is what makes me give him that edge seeing as how it cut threw Caps shield so it should be able to cut Doomsday to. While Doomsday is probably a little stronger and has heat vision. Thanos has already shown he can spin his sword like a helicopter to block energy blasts and also Thanos is a way better fighter I don't think that's even a debate not even close and Doomsday has shown that someone who's a more skilled fighter who can at least compete with him physically can hurt him like when Diana hacked off his hand with her sword

The Og avengers he probably takes rather easy but endgame line up would destroy him. I don’t really see a way that Doomsday could possibly win this, Thanos stomps Homs in any way imaginable. Just take Hulk for example. He’s shown way more impressive feats that Doomsday, But when he came face to face with Thanos, He got absolutely demolished.
But this doomsday is weaker
MCU Hulk is pathetic, dude almost got put down by alien army fodder in Avengers (2012). DCEU Doomsday would take on MCU Thanos pretty easily imo. He moves way faster, hits harder than Thanos and actually has other powers too. Thanos smashed Spider-Man into the ground and only cracked the floor. Doomsday was smashing City blocks with just his shock waves.
Thanos struggled to lift Hulk too which is a pretty pathetic showing. Thanos beat Hulk, Doomsday survived a Nuke and re-entry back to earth from space.
Well, I think of it this way. The MCU characters are a heck of a lot more stronger than the DCEU characters, So the fact that Thanos took them all on without breaking a sweat really shows how powerful he really is compared to Doomsday who died while facing off against the DCEU’s strongest heros. Also, Doomsday was built to defeat Superman, That’s why he did so well against him.

All of Thanos’ durability against attacks and his attack feats mentioned comes when wearing the IG with a minimum of the power stone. If Thanos attacks Doomsday with no IG then he’s a goner.

Okay so statistically these guys are nothing alike, Thanos has him beat by a ridiculous margin in strength and durability.
The best strength/durability scaling for doomsday is no greater than planetary since superman did shift a tech tonic plate (although it’s unclear which one) he also overpowered the world engine which was stated to terraform the earth, and the fact doomsday off screen supposedly did a tonne of damage to the moon.
But that’s it. And Thanos certainly has him beat in both strength and durability. By a ridiculous margin it’s honestly not close.
Speed wise is where these 2 are at their closest, however it’s still not in favour of doomsday. You can scale him between lightning and relativistic since Wonder Woman can casually react to lightning in WW84, and he’s able to fight against her very well. Not to mention he’s able to react to superman who was relative to Wonder Woman at this time.
However that’s still not enough to put him on Thanos tier in combat/reaction speed, although I doubt one is gunna outright blitz the other.
Intelligence, experience, skill honestly if you think Doomsday takes any one of these categories then idk what to tell you 😂
Hax abilities gear, obviously Thanos has the better gear and the better hax resistance but Doomsday has a greater variety of hax. However i doubt they will do much to Thanos since not even the snap could kill Thanos and the snap was compared by Rocket to “an energy surge the likes the universe had never seen before”
Meanwhile The sword should pose a threat to Doomsday. Wonder Woman was able to slice his hand off casually and she is vastly weaker to Thanos, meanwhile the sword itself can cut through Caps shield, the same shield that consistently took attacks from Loki, Thor, Ultron, and Thanos himself.
In the end this is a massive mismatch. Thanos outscales him too much and whilst the adaptation will delay the inevitable, it’s not enough to make up for all the disadvantages Doomsday has, so yeah Thanos stomps.

this is a good match up, DCEU characters doesn't has MCU high end feats, with high end feats and scaling, even Spider-Man would beat Doomsday. IMO If we exclude cosmic beings, consistently DCEU and MCU are about on same level, Thanos would definitely win this fight, If he has his double edged sword, in hand to hand combat it would be different, Doomsday would eventually overwhelm Thanos.
