I come from the competitive Counter strike scene before COD and its actually crazy how wildly different the two are when it comes to cheating. In CSGO/CS2 if youve been banned anywhere you are literally shunned for life, from not only orgs and tournaments but from literally the entire player base. While in COD its like just no biggie, the players just make a new account and it's like nothing ever happened. Why is that?
I think it’s because modern day cod fans are mouth breathing iPad kids who idolize their favorite woke streamer.
And then there’s confirmation bias on the internet as a whole. People will believe the story they want to hear.
What version of CS? I was playing back in 1.5. We’re talking 2003? Most of these fuckin COD babies were in elementary school. It’s a generation of soft pathetic individuals who want instant gratification. They don’t want to work for anything.
Streamers normalizing cheating. Some of these players have been vac banned including symphony. You’re legit looking at people that would never be accepted in counter strike.
CoD is filled with brain dead little idiots. Not much else to say.

the problem is elswhere, u see this kinds of thing are actually a good thing if their done properly but cos is completly biased. Cos claims that Joe wo cheating, joe wo is litterally amongs the least impressive players in the pros, if he was cheating i would like for him to go crazy like other players (Biffle & co..)
the reality is that joe wo aint cheating and hes gameplay is something everyplayer can strive for since it is so atteignable unlike other pros.
they are other claims that are ridiculous, claiming that nahv is a cheater since he used a unlock tool ? that would makes sense but it is simply speculations but cos make it sounds like factual claims. did he use a unlock tool ? yes , did he cheat tho ? we dont know for sure.
And the worst part of the equation is calling out cheating in occasions where nobody is cheating, having perfect tracking is aimbot nowadays (we litterally have aim assist like wtf)
trying wallbangs is cheating (in that case not only pros are cheating but then the whole counter strike pro scene is full of cheaters)

I agree that sometimes the hackusations are over the top but there are certain moments that are really suspicios. Whilst there are players that have aim assist, things like soft aimbot exist. That kind of aimbot is a service that people buy and people use to try to appeal to an audience, so is not so far fetched to think that people could cheat. And talking about your other point of unlock tools, from what I´ve heard unlock tools comes in bundles of cheating softwares, if somebody uses an unlock tool to steal from a company, then why would you think that person is trust worthy?

@@gerardesc7221 i appreciate your response and I apologize that I haven’t look at the problem to that angle, I’m surrounded by players who seems to think "the game is so easy, why even cheat?" and I believe that too but that does not mean no one would cheat, your point 100% correct . However for the second argument I think you misunderstood my point, unlock alls does come with cheats (atleast some do) and this has it’s absolute rights to rise suspicion upon those players but the problem I had with the "Nahv affair" is that CoS immediately jump to the conclusion he is cheating. I understand that Nahv shouldn’t be trusted however, i would’ve liked a more objective approach because he may have bought the services but only used them for the unlock tool. He never said it himself, that was just common sense for us long time viewers of his stream. Cheating allegations always were there because of he’s playstyle but it never once seem to me he was cheating. now I know it’s just my jugement but that’s my point, we will never truly know if nahv cheated because CoS simply concluded that he was (which he has absolute right to do so) if a full investigation was done we would today have a clear answer.
Now I personally believe that it isn’t the case, nahv didn’t cheat, that just tarnished the image of rebirth movement players in general making the hate around that playstyle only bigger.

As a small streamer i will always keep it real. I dont care about cancel culture or high profile streamers or fitting into their club. Morals will always be more important than notoriety, money, or recognition. Which is why my channel will continue to grow very slowly. And I'm totally content with that. - Activition originally didnt care about influencers cheating because it brought views and money to the game
- as CoD player numbers have been dropping fast over the months, they see the biggest gripe for ppl leaving is the feeling that cheaters are in every game
- now in an attempt to regain the consistent player count, they are making a showcase of banning the lower tiers of streamers.
- Its a business, and these streamers are about to be chopped down if it means more money for the Machine.

I want to say thanks for pointing out bams was using soft aim and macros at a minimum. I was trying to learn how to quick snipe at the time and couldn’t explain how he pulled it off constantly with no inconsistencies. I was also playing ranked and getting pretty high solo queuing (plat) but felt there were a large number of cheaters.
I’ll wait to play cod again for you to let me know they are taking cheating seriously! ❤

scripts and cheats are very different though. scripts are macros. cheats exploit code.

About the no accident permanent ban I definitely believe that because I was temporarily banned because a team spam reported me and I simply wait for call of duty algorithm make there checks and within 12 days my account was reinstated.

I saw a video on Bams' channel from six months ago where he's playing with an Optic gamer who clearly uses wallhacks, and they even discuss wallhacks. The reaction of the player when accused of walling by Bams is telling-it seems to confirm the suspicions. Such obvious cheating suggests that Bams and others engaging in it are receiving their just deserts. Here's hoping for a fair Call of Duty in 2024. With the prevalence of cheaters in the Faze organization, they ought to be permanently banned from the league...
