@LokiTheAnsuz complete both modes until you can reach the highest level. For enforcers, complete the elite mode at their highest level to obtain tokens. Hope this answers your question(: Get the development enforcers first for S and A tier. Followed by the combat ones. After you got all or most of the S and A tier, you can move to the rest and choose which ones you need more

@@LokiTheAnsuz Hmm. . I didn't manually play campaigns haha. I just either increase my influence level to auto complete the normal mode, or increase my mansion level to complete the elite modes. It has also been a long time since I had completed the campaign mode so I don't remember. What you could do is to check out for each campaign run there should be some sort of past completion made by other players. You can follow those formation and edit it.

@Marleing sad to break it to you but 1000% crew atk is impossible as an f2p. Even for players who pay, most raid leaders are around 700-800% crew atk. Unless you can let me know which 1000% you are referring to? Is it straight from the battle report shown as 1000% crew atk?
@Marleing well it's never going to happen for f2p 🤣 even with all the 70-80% atk buff + raid join bonus, ub bonuses etc. I think it's very good if you hit above 500%. With 500-600% crew atk you pretty much beat many players except whale or older players. I'm a small spender and my crew ATK is around 500++ or 600 if I max my buffs
@@Marleingno way. Legacy gf set does not give that much however if you talk about like say bruiser hitman buff combined with crew atrack buff. Yes. 1300 to 1400 i think possible.
