Somehow managed to leave a second voiceover in the timeline around the one minute mark lol. Welcome to late night editing after you put your kid to sleep and your brain function is at 10% 😆.
Ah, redemption from all the bazillion other machine built, bermed out riding videos on YT, so thankful you guys like this sort of stuff as much as me and are keeping it alive and in the public eye. "no clue" why they named the trail that, seems super chill :-p LMAO :-)
"Super chill" = death for mere mortals, but the 'D&D Shredding Krew, are happy to show you how it's done. D&D, happy to see you hit this trail in better conditions this time around. Still well above my pay grade, but watching the two of you is inspiring to take on new challenges. Shred on, Men, Shred on! Noticed 'No Norco Nic' wasn't in on this ride.......told him to get the Range! Lol
More gold from my favourite riding buddies that I've never met! Still stoked you got chosen by the algo gods, hopefully Dale gets chosen as well and you guys keep doing well!
I don't mountain bike, never have, and it scares the crap out of me, but I want you to know that I thoroughly enjoy your videos and skills, and hope that another excellent riding season happens when we finally warm up!
It's nice to see a trail where every 45 feet you could get savagely injured. (W...T...F.) I would have two feelings...excited to start and friggin thrilled for it to be over. Kudos on your skills.
seeing his friend not wearing any protection except his helmet, riding anything beyond what I would never even dream about riding. :D This is just so cool to watch! :D
I don't ride, I've never been on one of these bikes, I don't intend to. But for some reason videos like this are pleasant to watch on the side while I'm doing focused poker practice, can't say why. I've been watching a lot of them. I agree, this particular one is unusually interesting because it seems more rustic and less machine graded.
This trail looks like more fun every time I see it. Nice work on the gap jump. It doesn't leave much room for error, and I'd definitely be skipping it. Also, is this video older footage? I swear I have seen the exact same mistakes on the log rides on Dale's channel a while ago.
Yes and no. I survived 2020 riding the stock 160/150mm setup without thinking too much of it. I did switch to a 170mm fork and 157mm rear travel last year which was a bit better. Such a fine line trying to keep a bike playful and efficient while also having enough bike for the gnarly stuff.
Definitely afraid of ticks myself, nothing is worse than coming back home from an awesome ride to find those bloodsucking bastards all over you. Especially Seed ticks because they're so tiny....yuck
Can you please start recording audio in mono not stereo. I always hear you breathe only in my left ear and it's quite annoying. Otherwise, I love your videos.
I know I'm small compared to him and my content isn't nearly as good as his. I like to watch his videos but that one thing just bothers me and I wanted to mention it. Maybe it bothers someone else. And if he saw my comment maybe six of us out of 90,000 will be happy.

Had a good laugh at that. :)
I chalked it up to deja vu. I'm glad you pointed it out 'cause I was questioning my memory.
I'm sure you get this question a lot but what's your brake and tire setup? 🤔
@@daviddoenges6200 thank you
Minion dhf/dhr exo+ tires and code rsc brakes with 200mm rotors front and rear 👍
Between not getting Lyme disease and not being attacked by angry cattle, this was a good day. 🙂
Poha vocês são de mais 👏👏👏👏 adoro seus rolês,
Sou do Brasil e aqui não se encontra tantas pistas quanto no seu pais
Bikeeee✌
When I first heard my friend Dale Stone I thought that it was a coincidence but he was actually talking about you. WSG DALE
This channel is so refreshing, just a guy riding his damn bike
*a guy riding chill in extreme conditions hahahaha

Nic quit carbon for good it seems, and that’s not really surprising. But the Range only comes in carbon.

Thanks! All praise the mighty algorithm lol.
@@ddangerousddave holy crap yeah! I just noticed that you had like 60k a few months ago! Not bad, almost at 100k!
Yet again damn impressive and the forest is still beautiful
Well done! You and Dale are my faves!

gosh iirc it's been less than a year since the original beyond expert video, yet the trail looks sooo different now. amazing video once again
Dave your videos are really great! The videography and riding skill combination is really intriguing to watch. Super inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
The level you guys ride at is absolutely insane! It's like I'm not even participating in the same sport. Well done guys
. Both channels are awesome.
Holy Cow! that's some real mountain biking right there. Awesome!

What a gorgeous place
So dope. This trail is very high on the bucket list
You are really in above in beyound expert tech trail D' you'r the best man!
That is some gnarrrrrrrrrrr! Wow! You killed it!
You 2 are something else when it comes to super technical, steep, fast and cringe, goosebumps inducing riding.
That last trail was a real treat.
Good quality biker's in a. Mountain 👍
Stresses me out just watching!
"that was cool dangerous dave" -my friend i was watching this with

Unreal trail 🙈
I'd love to ride here with you guys! The log ride is like forever!
Really appreciate your style videos. No B.S., just great riding.
Yoo I love watching the videos so much
We now have an official trail map at the top of Iron mountain!
Nice! Can't wait to get out again this year.
You guys are crazy.
Y’all thing a dirt jumper could do any good through this 😂 love the content anyway. SO Close to 100k subs
Insane riding.
I don’t understand how you guys ride skinnies so well. When you “made a mistake” I would have been thrilled to make it that far!
How do you know where the trail leads? When you stop and look around, I can never tell where the trail is supposed to go
hes done this one before
@@lawsong6663 the question still remains though how did he find his way the first time?
@@terry2295 he probably scouted bits out first to make sure he’s not riding into hazards
@@lawsong6663 Sounds very plausible a bit like the scouting run before a Rally
Hell yea shredding! 🤙✌️👍
Well you are BEYOND EXPERT!!!!
Cool video Dave 🤩🤘🔥
Finished the watching the whole ride...now im confused, Where's the trail? So gnarly I can't tell...lol
good one Dave
I could not believe you jumped off of that at @8.00

Whats a good introductory bike for someone wanting to get into basic dirt/mountain trails, nothing crazy at all?
And they were never seen again, after entering that long grass😂
I think your first video on the Revival trail was the first video of yours that I watched! It's cool to see you revisit the trail!
Sweet vid. How did you guys ride this? Did you shuttle? Or did you pedal? If you pedaled which way did you go?
Congratulations for not getting clotheslined by that giant branch @4:02
You are what Batman would be if he was a mtber. Haha. Great video.
Hey DD, love the vids - are you running gopro with chesty or chin mount?
If it weren't for those trestles, I'd assume those weren't even (rideable) trails. 😯
Have you ever felt that the Norco sight is a bit underbiked for the trails you ride?
Yes and no. I survived 2020 riding the stock 160/150mm setup without thinking too much of it. I did switch to a 170mm fork and 157mm rear travel last year which was a bit better. Such a fine line trying to keep a bike playful and efficient while also having enough bike for the gnarly stuff.
"jurrasic park" hahaha
This is one trail I would definitely not want to find myself on in the wet
Do you know of any places in the U.S. with trails like this?
Unfortunately not. The only riding I've done south of the border has been Bellingham, WA a few times.
Dang!
Is this video taken during summer dave?awesome riding skills and trail🤘🏼🇨🇦
fkin mad skills !
Man it seems like BC has ALL the trails from beginner to Dave level. California its either super hard or flooded with hikers lol. Sucks
"Just put a sign at the top of the mountain, the bikers'll figure it out..."
How do you not crash it's not very obvious where the trail goes especially at speed
What’s with the clown horn?
I thought BC got burned to the ground - Looks pretty green to me...
I would have more confidence if I had a full face helmet and a better bike (although I'm happy with the one I have now)
you should do an easy run but go down insanely fast
Didnt you get like 7 million views on your last video on this trail😂 thats so sick
Have the ambulance come to the start of the track. I don't think I will get too far.
Definitely afraid of ticks myself, nothing is worse than coming back home from an awesome ride to find those bloodsucking bastards all over you. Especially Seed ticks because they're so tiny....yuck
Why ist the framerate so low

While you're at it, might as well switch to greyscale.

@@Stejer can you use Windows' built in audio mixer to output as mono? Would solve the issue, though don't know of a mobile solution.
Tkanks, it works.
