My kayo 150 also smokes like that. One of my competitors also does the same. But several don’t.our current theory is that it is the valve guide clearance being just a bit too great on some manufactured engines. The engines consume some oil for sure. Thought it was carb jetting at first but smoking didn’t change with the jetting. Our next thought is to replace the cylinder head with a honda cylinder head. Fortunately we don’t have to run sealed motors here in TMGP. If anyone else has experience with the smoking problem on nearly new motors, I would like to hear about your experience. I was very happy to see these kids out here on minigp bikes. Very enjoyable.
