I have a Kaka BS-85 being delivered on Tuesday. It appears to be the same as the one you reviewed. I needed an inexpensive bandsaw to cut mostly aluminum and brass for home hobby work. From what I have seen, this one seems to work fine.
That's made by Jet, have one for years bought it from Axminster Tools, great for cutting mild steel, aluminium and plastics, love there's no mess with dry cut, blades last for ages... 👍👏

The difference is the UK site has a 'Lighting Deals' going on, the EU doesn't (at the moment) Nice to know, as it would be around €285 if both sites had the same deal going... Perhaps in the future?

The aluminium bar was 6082T6 and the steel bar was EN3B 080A15 (free cutting steel).

Yes, I use it about once or twice per month. It works fine.

What is the max cut capacity on square tubing with the saw set on a 45° angle? Will it do 2" square tube in a 45°?

Why no need oil or any oilwater for the blade?its not getting hot? Or burn? Brcause of different blade?
It says not to use lubrication, so that is what I do and it cuts ok.
What do you mean by having to baby sit on longer cuts? Doesn't it have an automatic shut off?
