That's why I never understood what Frameworks were-because they are only defined loosely! But the comparison at 0:14 made me understand, because I know what Node.JS is, what Pandas and Tensorflow are, and if they are completely different but are called the same thing, then a Framework can only be defined loosely! Node.JS is to JavaScript what Python's interpreter is to Python! Then I infer .NET is what compiles C#!
