What settings do I need to change if the video & music do not sync correctly after exporting?

video and music should sync as you are editing it in premiere pro. if it doesn't sync after export and during playback, make sure that you have the right export settings. usually it should be Format: H.264 and Preset: UA-cam 1080p Full HD then try using VLC Player to play your videos. hope this helps.
