Giuseppe, with respect, sir... the driving whip is used to give clear direction, NEVER to strike the animal in anger or demand for speed! Of course there will always be someone, in every sport, who chooses to demonstrate poor sportsmanship, but on the whole, these animals are well cared for and not abused. I hope this translates okay, because I think this will give you a smile- I keep a driving whip just inside the front door of my home, in my living room. My horse, Asher, knows when I get off work and used to try to follow me in the house, so I had to build a barrier on my porch... which keeps him out of the house, but it also keeps me from reaching him to give him cheek, behind the ear, and butt scratches every night. The driving whip acts like an arm extension, and allows me to give Asher his scratches from my living room... you can imagine how NOT afraid of the whip he is, for him to allow me to scratch behind his ears with it! 🙂 I wish I could attach a photo here, for your enjoyment. I hope you are happy and healthy, Angelina

Mi dispiace molto per i poveri cavalli. Farei tirare il carro a loro con la frusta.
