I would even say in the episode with Jim and the key guy he was "rude" but more weird. He wasn't laughing at Jim's performance, and he then told Jim to leave trying to act like he had control. I think he is a narcissist who didn't like Jim getting attention and wanted to milk it. I know he is one, he definitely is.

The Fix Me guys are just greedy salesperson. Anyone who has worked with computers will know how trash it is. It's essentially running 3 antivirus in bios so you get slightly better results than regular mcafee or another antivirus. But it does nothing if your computer issue is not related to viruses. Also, it's mind-boggling that they made it a subscription model. Bootable antivirus are all available for free, just grab a crappy usb and mount those bootable antivirus, boom you get a fix me stick for $5 for lifetime.
I am not sure how it works plugging in the security stick. However, viruses change surely, and the stick has to be updated to detect the latest viruses ?

This product is a complete scam, and yet the dragons are interested. This is a real example of why there needs to be someone with technical expertise in the team. Lol such a basic scam yet no one gets. Just with the basic knowledge of a computer you would know it would never work.
I cannot stand most of the sharks from Dragons Den Canada. Most are rude and arrogant towards people who have ideas and are extremely nervous. I can’t tell if they are trying to replicate a Kevin personality, if they are they are failing miserably.
