Thank you Derrick, more rootwork will come on the tree next year when I'll repot it (have to make a pot first, maples from David Johnson will go into this one)
Great video. Izabela has some great looking trees and that pot....beautiful!!! Do know the name of the second tree? Still looking for a substitute for a weeping willow.
Hi Karen, the tag said thuja occidentalis "mop"- bc it looks like a round mop head. I got it at Lowes 2years ago, but Google search showed me no species like this so maybe it's incorrect description? I got it for the reason it looked like a weeping willow to me
Wonderful collaboration on Izabela's fine trees, they are really great😊. Also a joy to watch two wonderful skilled people who are so focused and excited and yet talking in a calm manner that appeals me. Last but not least that new pot is truly a find looks marvellous.
Hey Nigel, that link for Izabela's channel takes me to a 404 not found error. Very curious how to find her available pots for sale when you have a chance. Thanks!!
Hi Ryan, I have an etsy shop name in the channel description, thank you! The pots are not listed but if you're interested please contact me, I can make a private listing for you
Hey Nigel, thanks again for another great video! How would you recommend 'naturalising' an ugly apex cut on a Ficus Elastica, since they can't be jin'd? Perhaps shears, sandpaper, saw? I need some expert guidance!
Beautiful🤩
thank you for having me Nigel, the tree looks great after the spring cleaning and I learned a lot!
It was great having you over!!! I really enjoyed lunch, talking and the bonsai work!!
great collab and great vid as always
Izabela does great work making some cool looking pots. Nice buy on this pot.
Another wonderful pot! Well done Izabela and congrats for the acquisition Nigel!
Really beautiful pot made by Izabela. Her Thuja has a nice thick trunk, so it can really look like an oldish tree pretty soon, I think.
Nice work on the tree it looks awesome and so does the pot 👍
What a wonderful bonsai
Izabella seems like one fantastic lady. Great work with her tree. I really dig the littler mop style tree she has.
@gaeangardensbyizabela Awesome job pruning. The nebari look like it is pretty radial with great flair too. That’s going to be a great looking tree.

Nicely pruned, the tree definitely was fine tuned. Lovely colour on the new pot. 💚💚💚
BCB looking good after pruning. Nice trunk on this tree.

Thanks Adam, I fixed the link!!!
I was wondering about the Community Garden.
An update will be coming!!!
Both trees have great potential and the new pot looks really good!
Those are nice trees she brought! That is a real beauty of a pot!! I love that one!
Thank you for showing us your beautiful trees, Izabela!
Thanks for visiting!!!

The wound should close over and become invisible with time, it will take a few years!
@@TheBonsaiZone All I require then is more patience! Deeply appreciate your response, thank you.
Lovely to see Izabela in The Zone 😀
Great little pot. I love those feet.
Thank you! 😊
This pot looks awesome. I have potency.
It does!
@@TheBonsaiZone I wanted to write pot-envy. 🤣
@@bastiv7806 That makes more sense now!!

How is a "black" thuja different from a normal one?
The character of the second pot is funny 气功, Rati ?
I thought that's a character for qigong- 气功
@@gaeangardensbyizabela Yea Qigong is the Pinyin version and I guess Rati is the Japanese version
