Apple Peach Cobbler Crumble
3 ½ c. Apples
3 ½ c. Peaches
2 tbsp Vanilla
2/3 c Sugar Brown
2/3 c Sugar White
3 tbsp Butter
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/3 c Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1tbsp Nutmeg
Add apples, peaches, vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar, then butter, salt, lemon juice after that add milk cinnamon and nutmeg.
Let all of this come to a boil and next we will be making the dumplings for the cobbler.
1 stick butter
1 c flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp peach juice
Mix together and once all mixed well take the mix spoon up and place in pot of boiling mixture until they start floating to show they are close to being done.
Pour into baking pan
In a bowl mix
1 c Oatmeal
1 c Flour
2/3 c White Sugar
2/3 c brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
Mix well and when it becomes crumbly spread it across the top of the cobbler. Let it back for 40 minutes take out let sit and then chow down.
